Este estágio decorreu na Escola Secundária Manso de Albuquerque, no ano letivo 2024/ 2025. O seguinte Relatório de Estágio está dividido em dois capítulos que descrevem as aprendizagens e experiências vividas ao longo de um ano letivo. O primeiro capítulo, "Intervenção Pedagógica", descreve o percurso desenvolvido no contexto da escola, incluindo a prática letiva, a colaboração com o desporto escolar, o apoio prestado à direção de turma, a participação nas dinâmicas escolares e o envolvimento ativo na vida da comunidade educativa. O segundo, "Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica", apresenta um trabalho de investigação centrado na temática da inclusão de alunos com necessidades educativas na disciplina de Educação Física. Este estudo procurou compreender as perceções, práticas, desafios e impactos vivenciados pelos professores no contexto da inclusão. As conclusões permitiram identificar fatores facilitadores e barreiras que influenciam a implementação de uma Educação Física verdadeiramente inclusivaThis document, prepared within the scope of the Pedagogical Internship Curricular Unit of the 2nd cycle of studies, aims to obtain the degree of Master in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education of the University of Beira Interior. This internship took place at Afonso de Albuquerque Secondary School, in the academic year 2024/ 2025. The Internship Report below is divided into two chapters that describe the learning and experiences lived throughout a school year. The first chapter, "Pedagogical Intervention", describes the path developed in the school context, including teaching practice, collaboration with school sports, support provided to class management, participation in school dynamics and active involvement in the life of the educational community. The second, "Research and Pedagogical Innovation", presents research work focused on the theme of the inclusion of students with educational needs in the Physical Education subject. This study sought to understand the perceptions, practices, challenges and impacts experienced by teachers in the context of inclusion.
