A Inteligência Emocional pode ser definida como a capacidade do Ser Humano reconhecer e regular as emoções em si mesmo e nos outros (Goleman, 2001). A Inteligência Espiritual é conceptualizada como sendo a capacidade de aplicar e usar recursos espirituais para promover um melhor funcionamento diário e bem-estar (Amram, 2007). Neste trabalho é também abordado o tema do Mobile-learning, definido como sendo uma forma de aprendizagem através de dispositivos móveis, e foram realizados dois estudos empíricos. O estudo A teve como objetivo adaptar e validar psicometricamente a versão portuguesa da Escala de Inteligência Emocional de Schutte (EIES). A amostra foi constituída por um total de 977 sujeitos, dos 15 aos 83 anos, sendo 70,1 % mulheres e 29,9 % homens. Os resultados revelaram ótimas propriedades psicométricas, constituindo assim a EIES um instrumento válido para a avaliação da Inteligência Emocional junto da população portuguesa. O estudo B teve como objetivo avaliar o impacto da intervenção de um programa de mensagens SMS na Inteligência Emocional e na Inteligência Espiritual em estudantes de Psicologia. A amostra foi constituída por um total de 78 participantes, 73 do sexo feminino e 5 do sexo masculino, com idades compreendidas entre os 18 e os 44 anos. Os resultados não revelaram diferenças estatisticamente significativas nas pontuações obtidas na Inteligência Emocional e na Inteligência Espiritual antes e após a implementação do programa.This work mainly deals with two psychological concepts the present time that have been of the most debated in this finish decade, Emotional Intelligence and Intelligence Spiritual. Emotional Intelligence can be defined as the capacity of the Human being to exactly recognize and to regulate the emotions in itself and the others (Goleman, 2001). Intelligence Spiritual is conceptualized as being the capacity to apply and to use resources spirituals to promote one better functioning and well-being daily (Amram, 2007). In this work the subject of the Mobile-learning, defined is also boarded as being a form of learning through mobile devices, and had been carried through two empirical studies. The study A had as psychometrically objective to adapt and to validate the version Portuguese of Scale of Emotional Intelligence of Schutte (EIES). The sample was constituted by a total of 977 citizens, of 15 to 83 years, being 70.1% women and 29.9% men. The results had disclosed excellent properties psychometrics, thus constituting the EIES a valid instrument for the evaluation of Emotional Intelligence next to the Portuguese population. Study B it had as objective to evaluate the impact of the intervention of a program of messages SMS in Emotional Intelligence and Intelligence Spiritual in students of Psychology. The sample was constituted by a total of 78 participants, 73 of feminine sex and 5 of the masculine sex, with ages understood between the 18 and 44 years.
