The solutions that are actually avaiable in the market have high comercial value and in most of the times this makes it unavailable for an organization. This thesis presents a real time GNSS networks monitoring system that signi cantly reduces the time and e ort needed to execute this task. Furthermore, an useful front-end, for publication of related network monitoring information, was developed and implemented.A tarefa de monitorizar redes GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) exige recursos temporais e humanos e necessidade de automatização, os quais aumentam proporcionalmente com o número de estações incluídas na rede. As soluções disponiveis no mercado têm um custo elevado estando muitas das vezes fora do alcance de uma qualquer organização. Apresenta-se nesta dissertação um sistema de monitorização em tempo real de redes GNSS, que reduz significativamente o tempo e esforço necessários para executar a referida tarefa.
