Para a maioria das pessoas a aquisição destes serviços é apenas a ida a uma loja ou uma chamada para um operador e esperar alguns dias até que os serviços que requisitaram sejam ativados e nos meses seguintes pagar a fatura dos mesmos. Este relatório visa desmistificar algum do processo envolvido por de trás da requisição e ativação de serviços móveis pré e pós pagos, de serviço fixos, bem como, dar a conhecer processos existentes no mundo TELCO. Ao longo deste relatório é possível também ver e perceber como funciona o TM Forum, um Forum bastante importante visto que é neste que as empresas pertencentes a ele se baseiam na construção das suas arquiteturas para os diferentes serviços construídos bem como o catálogo dos mesmos.Over the years, most people have had easier access to phones, Internet, boxed TV’s with countless channels, without ever having asked themselves or realized how all these services work or even the complexity involved in the process of connecting and activating them.
