Abstract(s)
O presente relatório tem como objetivo apresentar o Estágio Curricular desenvolvido no
Dovain Studio, que teve a duração de 4 meses e, o desenvolvimento de um projeto de
mobiliário multifuncional, a fim de se obter o grau de Mestre em Design Industrial. Na
prática, desenvolveram-se e reforçaram-se os conhecimentos adquiridos no percurso
académico, bem como a sua experimentação num contexto empresarial, apesar de não
terem sido cumpridos os objetivos pretendidos ao longo do estágio pelo “indivíduo tutor”
da empresa. Neste relatório, é dado a conhecer a empresa na qual foi realizado o estágio
curricular e, paralelamente, apresenta-se o desenvolvimento do projeto do Mobiliário
Multifuncional, que acrescenta a preocupação da autora por um planeta melhor e um
design sustentável. O projeto desenvolvido teve como princípios minimizar o impacto
ambiental do produto promovendo a economia circular. Todo o conteúdo foi
fundamentado pelos conhecimentos teóricos e práticos adquiridos durante a frequência
do primeiro e segundo ciclos em Design Industrial na Universidade da Beira Interior.
The present report aims to present the Curricular Internship developed at Dovain Studio, which lasted 4 months and the development of a multifunctional furniture project, in order to obtain the degree of Master in Industrial Design. In practice, the knowledge acquired in the academic path was developed and reinforced, as well as its experimentation in a business context, although the objectives intended throughout the internship by the "individual tutor" of the company were not met. In this report, the company in which the curricular internship was carried out is made known and, in parallel, the development of the Multifunctional Furniture project is presented, which adds the author's concern for a better planet and sustainable design. The project developed had as principles to minimize the environmental impact of the product promoting the circular economy. All the content was based on the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the first and second cycles in Industrial Design at the University of Beira Interior.
