The solution leverages modern technologies, such as Angular for the frontend and Firebase as a backend-as-a-service (BaaS), to provide an intuitive interface and robust functionalities for registering, editing, and sharing medical information. Security measures, including end-to-end encryption and audit logs, were implemented to ensure the privacy and protection of sensitive data, complying with HIPAA, GDPR, and LGPD regulations. The results of this project highlight the relevance of digital tools in the e-Health context, promoting a more efficient and accessible management of health information. The developed application is expected to contribute to improving the quality of care provided, personalizing treatments, and ensuring continuity of clinical follow-up, while paving the way for future innovations in the healthcare sector.
