Abstract(s)
É de facto notável a evolução tecnológica no que concerne às cabinas das aeronaves, visto serem o primeiro contacto físico do passageiro e assim, torna-se cada vez mais importante a implementação de ambientes mais atractivos do ponto de vista tecnológico e decorativo, bem como a oferta de novas funcionalidades. Tendo isto como objectivo, foi descrito o estado da arte das cabinas e dos sistemas de entretenimento sendo para cada um destes abordados as fases de projecto, certificação e conceitos futuros.
De modo a complementar o trabalho foram realçados alguns estudos relativos à
necessidade dos passageiros, isto é, prazeres e funcionalidades que os passageiros
gostariam de ver/ter a bordo de modo a melhorar o seu conforto e acolhimento, tendo
em vista a melhoria da imagem da companhia aérea.
Na componente prática do presente trabalho, foram assimilados requisitos especificados pela operadora aérea TAP Portugal, com o objectivo da elaboração do manual MIC (Manual de Interiores de Cabinas), sendo objecto de estágio integrado na área de Engenharia de Aviões da TAP-M&E, para as aeronaves da frota A330-202.
Conclui-se com este trabalho a importância de se virem a realizar questionários aos
passageiros da TAP, acerca dos níveis de satisfação/insatisfação ao longo do voo, após
uma reconfiguração de cabina e/ou após a recepção de novas frotas de fábrica.
It is in fact remarkable the technological evolution concerning airplane cabin interiors. Being the first physical contact of the passenger and so implementation of more attractive ambiances became much more important from technological point of view, decorative, as well as offering new functionalities. The state of the art of aircraft cabin interiors and IFE systems was described as the target and for each of one the several phases of the project, certification and future concepts were examined. In order to complement and add a merit to this work, some studies concerning the passenger needs, this is delights and functionalities that they would like to have/see on board, in order to improve their comfort and assistance, keeping in view the image improvement of the airliner. On the practical part of this work, were assimilated the specified requests of the operator TAP Portugal, with the aim of the accomplishment of A330-202 fleet Cabin Interior Manual (CIM), matter of this traineeship incorporated in TAP – M&E Aircraft Maintenance Department and additional chapters specified in this Master work research. In the end of the work, it was perceived the importance of carrying out questionnaires to TAP passengers, as to satisfaction/dissatisfaction during the flight, after cabin retrofit and/or after incoming of new airplanes from the manufacturer.
