Abstract(s)
Existem várias cidades e bairros que sofrem de desigualdade social, o que significa que
não recebem muita ajuda do poder público. Como resultado, os centros comunitários
procuram fornecer parte desse necessário apoio à comunidade. Sendo assim, a
motivação para o desenvolvimento do trabalho agora apresentado, surge a partir da
necessidade de proporcionar a integração social e cultural, como também para prestar
assistência básica à população que se encontra em situação de vulnerabilidade social.
A Origem desta dissertação centra-se no Centro Comunitário na freguesia de Vale de
Amoreira, município da Moita. Levando a cultura o lazer para as famílias em situação de
vulnerabilidade.
Neste contexto, o centro comunitário surge como uma estrutura onde se desenvolvem
ações tão diversificadas quanto as necessidades sentidas pela população, não sendo
apenas o somatório das atividades dirigidas a pessoas e grupos de diversas faixas etárias,
mas uma modalidade integrada e global de resposta aos problemas das pessoas e das
famílias. A flexibilidade e o dinamismo que devem caracterizar o centro comunitário
levam-nos a conceber um modelo adaptável ao contexto socioeconómico onde se insere,
sem perder de vista os princípios subjacentes a este tipo de resposta.
A proposta é a criação de raiz de um novo centro em um terreno baldio, que venha ajudar
a atender às necessidades da comunidade, o que seria muito importante pois virá a
integrar-se com o entorno e a ser um ponto de atração no bairro, para promover o habitar
do espaço publico.
There are several cities and neighborhoods that suffer from social inequality, which means that they do not receive much help from the public authorities. As a result, community centers seek to provide some of this much-needed community support. Therefore, the motivation for the development of the work now presented, arises from the need to provide social and cultural integration, as well as to provide basic assistance to the population that is in a situation of social vulnerability. The origin of this dissertation focuses on the Community Center in the parish of Vale de Amoreira, municipality of Moita. Bringing culture and leisure to vulnerable families. In this context, the community center emerges as a structure where actions as diversified as the needs felt by the population are developed, not being just the sum of activities aimed at people and groups of different age groups, but an integrated and global modality of response to problems of individuals and families. The flexibility and dynamism that should characterize the community center lead us to design a model adaptable to the socio-economic context in which it operates, without losing sight of the principles underlying this type of response. The proposal is the creation from scratch of a new center in a vacant lot, which will help to meet the needs of the community, which would be very important as it will integrate with the surroundings and become a point of attraction in the neighborhood, to promote the inhabitation of public space.
