dc.description.abstract	Esta dissertação desenvolve um projeto de arquitetura, no parque da Senhora da Cabeça, que se localiza em Valença, no âmbito de projeto final de curso de Arquitetura da Universidade da Beira Interior, com objetivo de intervir e contribuir para o desenvolvimento do espaço, desenvolvendo as suas infraestruturas, de modo a tornar o espaço autossuficiente e um lugar turístico. Numa primeira abordagem apresenta-se uma análise da região, da localidade e mais precisamente até ao terreno. Estas escalas foram analisadas segundo a sua influência social, histórica e cultural da região e da forma como elas podem influenciar a proposta. Visto ser uma proposta turística é feito um breve estudo sobre o turismo, tipos de turismo e a situação atual no concelho. Após o entendimento dos temas acima referidos, é formulada uma proposta de intervenção que englobe os temas turísticos mais identificáveis com o local. Assim sendo, propõe-se uma intervenção apoiada nas infraestruturas já existentes, fortificando a relação entre o centro urbano e o parque, e uma intervenção centralizada no parque da Senhora da Cabeça, que crie e desenvolva as infraestruturas já existentes e torne o local autossuficiente. Como fase final e após a análise do problema em causa e das possíveis soluções, apresenta-se uma proposta de solução, dando a noção de projeto pratico a uma escala urbana seguindo as noções de turismo e ordenamento do ambiente.	por
dc.description.abstract	This Dissertation develops an architectural project, in Senhora da Cabeça park, that is located in Valença, and it was developed as a final project in Master’s degree in Architecture on University of Beira Interior. The purpose of this intervention is developing the space and developing the infrastructures of the area, making the space becoming self-sufficient and a touristic place. In a first approach, the project analyzes the region, locality and the territory. This scales are analyzed according the social, historical and cultural influence that they will have in the purpose. Since it has a touristic purpose it was made a brief study from tourism, which type of tourism and how is the actual situation in the area. Therefore, after the knowledge of the topics above, it’s created an intervention propose that contain all the topics that are compatible with the area of intervention. There is a propose supported by the existent infrastructure, making the connection between the park and the city stronger and the other part of the propose is focus on the Senhora da Cabeça park, creating and developing new infrastructures and making the place self-sufficient. In the last phase and after analyzing the problem of the situation and possible solution, it is made a solution propose, giving an idea of practical architectural project, represented in urban scale and following the rules of tourism, planning and environment.	eng
