Abstract(s)
Esta dissertação tem como objetivo a conclusão e a obtenção do grau de mestre em
Arquitetura. Aborda o conceito de Smart City no contexto urbano da cidade de Viseu, uma cidade
situada no interior de Portugal. Este trabalho aborda também temas como a migração
populacional para o litoral em detrimento do interior e a consequente desertificação do mesmo,
o PDM e os Planos de Pormenor, um breve estudo sobre as Smart Cities, o vazio urbano e a Utopia.
Este documento está dividido em 5 capítulos. No primeiro capítulo temos a introdução.
Neste, é abordado a contextualização e metodologias deste trabalho e de como este foi
desenvolvido.
No segundo, a principal temática é a contextualização histórica e geográfica da cidade de
Viseu, introduzindo o tema Smart Cities e o seu desenvolvimento e contexto geral, desde as suas
aplicações no mundo e em Portugal, e a temática da Utopia.
O terceiro capítulo debruça-se no estudo de dados referentes ao crescimento da
população tanto a nível nacional, como no contexto da evolução na cidade de Viseu. Nestes, são
dados os primeiros indícios do porquê da proposta, seguido de um estudo e análise dos vazios
urbanos, onde vão ser inscritas as intervenções.
Na quarta parte do trabalho encontra-se o desenvolvimento do conceito, o programa e os
planos de pormenor, assim como, a memória descritiva e explicativa do projeto. Nesta, é onde se
elaboram os planos de pormenor do Parque Urbano da Aguieira e do Fojo, Repeses, e uma
proposta de um equipamento Smart.
No quinto e último capítulo procede-se á conclusão deste trabalho.
This Dissertation work aims to conclude and obtain a master’s degree in Architecture, which addresses the concept of Smart City in the urban context of the City of Viseu, a City in the interior of Portugal. This work addresses topics such as population migration to the coast to the detriment of the interior and the consequent desertification of the interior, the PDM and Detailed Plans, a brief study on Smart Cities, the urban void and Utopia. This document is divided into 5 chapters. In the first chapter the introduction, in this are some contextualizations and methodologies of the work and how it was developed. In the second, the main theme is the historical and geographical context of the City of Viseu, introducing the Smart Cities theme and its development and general context, from its applications in the world and in Portugal, and the theme of Utopia. The third chapter focuses on the study of data referring to population growth both at national level and in the context of evolution in the City of Viseu, these are the first indications of why proposing what will be proposed, followed by a study and analysis of the urban voids where the proposals and some urban references that were, in one way or another, taken as urban examples will be inscribed. On the fourth part of the work, there is the development of the concept, the program and the detailed plans, as well as the descriptive and explanatory memory of the project. This is where the detailed plans for the Urban Park of Aguieira and Fojo, Repeses, and a proposal for Smart equipment were drawn up. In the fifth and last the conclusion of this work.
