O presente relatório de Estágio, desenvolvido no âmbito da unidade curricular de Projeto
de Dissertação ou de Estágio Curricular, integrado no Mestrado em Engenharia Informática, descreve o plano desenvolvido e pensado para o estágio que ocorreu durante o 2.º
semestre, na empresa Capgemini Engineering, com escritório no Fundão.
Este estágio pretendeu colocar em prática todo o conhecimento adquirido durante a
Licenciatura e o presente Mestrado, e deu uma ideia de como funciona o mundo do trabalho. Na primeira fase, obtevese o contacto com a empresa, com as pessoas responsáveis,
foi tratada de toda a burocracia necessária, e deuse a conhecer o projeto, onde o estágio
iria ser inserido.
A Capgemini Engineering é uma empresa ligada à Tecnologia e a diferentes áreas, entre elas a área Digital, onde se insere o desenvolvimento de aplicações móveis. O estágio
fez parte de um projeto, onde se pretendia criar uma aplicação móvel que ligada a um
dispositivo por bluetooth, fosse possível ajudar as pessoas que têm diabetes. Ou seja, a
aplicação conseguirá guardar os registos, quantidades de doses tomadas, mostrar estes
resultados em gráfico para uma melhor perceção, permitir obter relatórios, permite anotar notas/lembretes que o utilizador defina como importante, entre outros.
Assim, este documento, vem apresentar onde e como foi realizado o estágio, e o planeamento do mesmo, riscos e os respetivos planos de mitigação e realça ainda, definições que
recaem sobre os temas teóricos deste projeto: Medical Devices, Diabetes e SaMD (Software as a Medical Device). Mostra ainda como foi feita a implementação do projeto, são
apresentados alguns resultados e quais as tecnologias e ferramentas utilizadas. No fim,
é apresentada uma conclusão relativa ao estágio, à experiência e ao que foi adquirido. O
produto final, entra na categoria de SaMD.
É importante salientar, que este projeto é confidencial, pelo que há certas informações

The present report of the Internship Plan, developed within the scope of the Dissertation Project or Curricular Internship unit, integrated in the Master in Informatics Engineering, describes the plan developed and designed for the internship thatthat took place during the 2nd semester, at company Capgemini Engineering, with an office in Fundão. This internship intended to put into practice all the knowledge acquired during the Degree and this Master’s Degree, and gave an idea of how the world of work works. In the first phase, contact was made with the company, with the people in charge, all the necessary bureaucracy was dealt with, and the project was made known, where the internship would be inserted. Capgemini Engineering is a company linked to technology and different areas, including the Digital area, which includes the development of mobile applications. The internship is part of a project, which aims to create a mobile application that connected to a device via bluetooth, can help people who have diabetes. In other words, the application will be able to save the records, quantities of doses taken, show these results in a graph for a better perception, allows to obtain reports, allows annotating notes/reminders that the user finds important, among others. Thus, this document presents where and how the internship was carried out, and its planning, risks and the respective mitigation plans, and also highlights definitions that fall on the theoretical themes of this project: Medical Devices, Diabetes and SaMD (Software as a Medical Device). And also shows how the project was implemented, some results are presented and the technologies and tools used. At the end, a conclusion regarding the internship, experience and what was learned is presented. The final produt, belongs to the SaMD category. It is important to note that this project is confidential, so there is certain information that cannot be provided, and that some that was provided is general information, therefore, examples or details cannot be provided.
