A temĆ”tica desta dissertaĆ§Ć£o de mestrado pretende valorizar a prĆ”tica da reabilitaĆ§Ć£o
em edifĆcios debilitados, recuperando a sua identidade. Em causa estĆ” a crescente
necessidade de intervir no patrimĆ³nio degradado nas nossas aldeias, cidades e paĆs,
sendo necessĆ”rio definir metodologias de intervenĆ§Ć£o que preservem a sua identidade
histĆ³rica, ajustĆ”-lo Ć” atualidade e Ć” sua finalidade.
O tĆtulo desta reflexĆ£o advĆ©m da localizaĆ§Ć£o das ruĆnas que foram objeto do projeto de
reabilitaĆ§Ć£o. Trata-se de uma ruĆna inserida num contexto rural privilegiado pela sua
proximidade ao emblemĆ”tico Rio Douro e contextualizada no histĆ³rico percurso
pedestre denominado āCaminho de Jacintoā descrito no livro āCidade e as Serrasā do
escritor EƧa de Queiroz.
Ć deste modo que se propƵe o desenvolvimento da presente dissertaĆ§Ć£o, com uma
componente teĆ³rico-prĆ”tica necessĆ”ria para toda a compreensĆ£o prĆ©-laboral e para um
acompanhamento e decisƵes projetuais imprescindĆveis para a coerĆŖncia e viabilidade
da proposta.
Uma proposta de um complexo de um alojamento turĆstico com vĆ”rias valĆŖncias que
diversificam os serviƧos prestados e tornam todo o espaƧo completo e apelativo,
respondendo a vƔrias questƵes e necessidades impostas.
The theme of this master's dissertation intends to value the practice of rehabilitation in weakened buildings, recovering the identity, which should not be forgotten. At stake is the growing need to intervene in the degraded heritage in our villages and cities, in general in the country, being necessary to define intervention methodologies that preserve its historical identity that exists in it, adjust it to the present and its purpose. Being this intervention in a ruin with a few years of existence, inserted in a rural context and privileged by its proximity to the emblematic Rio Douro and contextualized with the historical pedestrian path called āCaminho de Jacintoā described in the book āCidade e as Serrasā by the writer EƧa de Queiroz, which influenced the choice of the title of this dissertation. It is in this way that the development of this dissertation is proposed, with a theoretical-practical component necessary for all pre-work understanding and for monitoring and design decisions essential for the coherence and feasibility of the proposal. A proposal for a tourist accommodation complex with several valences that diversify the services provided and make the entire space complete and appealing, responding to various questions and imposed needs.
