Esta Dissertação de Mestrado Integrado em Arquitectura aborda a relação do Arquitecto com o
seu Cliente ou eventual Cliente. Pretende-se salientar o lado comercial, essencial e necessário
na função de um Arquitecto.
O Arquitecto deve de, ter a capacidade de estudar o seu cliente, saber analisar a sua situação
socioeconómica, cultural, religiosa, ética, psicológica, estética, ergonómica, descobrir os seus
pontos de interesse, suas necessidades presentes e futuras, saber interpretar o que este
pretende.
O Arquitecto deve de, ter a habilidade de saber se promover, demonstrar confiança, empenho,
conhecimento, capacidade de comunicação positiva, propor ideias, alternativas e soluções,
convencer e Conquistar o seu Cliente, conseguir dar aquilo que este realmente quer mas também
aquilo que não sabe que quer, ser “Alfaiate” e oferecer ao seu Cliente um Projecto único à sua
medida.
This dissertation of master in Architecture addresses the relationship of the architect with his client or any possible client. I intend to stress the business side, essential and necessary in the function of an Architect. The Architect must have the ability to study his customer, know how to analyze his socioeconomic situation, cultural, religious, ethical, psychological, aesthetic, ergonomic, discover his points of interest, their present and future needs, learn to interpret what his means. The architect must have the ability to know how to promote himself, demonstrate confidence, commitment, knowledge, communication skills, positive alternatives and solutions, propose ideas, convince and Conquer his customer, can give what he really want but also what he do not know what you want, be "Tailor" and offer our clients a unique project to fit your decor.
