Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho apresenta um estudo que parte da solução Coolhaven, na qual se
desenvolveu um conceito habitacional flexível e adaptável a diferentes circunstâncias. Este assenta numa base estrutural de aço enformado a frio, solução que permite, uma maior capacidade de alteração futura. Partiu-se do estudo já realizado, que consistiu no desenvolvimento de fórmulas base de 4.80x4.20m, em que se definiu uma grelha organizativa de
base quadrada com unidade mínima de 0.60m. Esta grelha gera módulos habitacionais com
medidas finais múltiplas de 0.60m, da qual se geraram os módulos 5.40x5.40m, 6.00x6.00m e 6.60x6.60m a estudar: o seu enquadramento e organização interior e a sua versatilidade
tipológica, bem como, validar a análise para futuras dimensões. Isto permite organizar a
habitação seguindo um princípio modular que auxilia o arquiteto na fase de projeto e o
habitante na sua escolha segundo os seus gostos e necessidades. Permite igualmente a evolução de uma tipologia para outra sem a necessidade de acrescentar ou retirar módulos, pois têm a grande vantagem de poderem criar divisões bipartidas destinadas a quartos, exceto o módulo 5.40x5.40m. O método deste estudo mostrou-se mais vantajoso do que o anterior, pela avaliação
pormenorizada de módulo a módulo, o que resultou num número possível maior de variações tipológicas.
This paper presents a study based on Coolhaven housing solution, in which a flexible and adaptable housing concept was developed. This concept is based on a structural light steel framing shape that allows a greater capacity for future change. The work started from the previous study, which consisted in developing 4.80x4.20m base-formulas, which defined an organizational grid square with minimum unit of 0.60m. This grid generates housing modules with 0.60m multiple final measures, leading to modules with 5.40x5.40m, 6.00x6.00m and 6.60x6.60m. The objects of study for each module were: their environment, internal organization and typological versatility, as well as validation of the used method for future studies. This allows to organize housing following a modular principle which helps the architect in the design phase and the inhabitant to chose according to his needs and tastes. It also allows the evolution of a housing type to another without the need to add or remove modules as they have great advantage of being able to create divisions split bedrooms, except for the module 5.40x5.40m. The method of this study was more beneficial than the previous one, which performed a detailed evaluation module by module, which resulted in a higher possible number of typological variations.
