Nos últimos anos, o setor do marketing digital tem registado um crescimento expressivo,
impulsionado pela digitalização acelerada da economia e pela crescente importância da
presença online para a competitividade das empresas. Em particular, as Pequenas e
Médias Empresas (PME) enfrentam dificuldades na adoção de estratégias digitais
eficazes, sobretudo devido à escassez de recursos, competências internas limitadas e um
mercado em constante evolução tecnológica, onde se destaca a integração da Inteligência
Artificial (IA).
Neste contexto, o presente projeto visa analisar a viabilidade de criação da HD Design,
uma agência de marketing digital orientada por IA, no formato Business-to-Business
(B2B), com enfoque no apoio à transformação digital das PME. A empresa pretende
atuar principalmente nas sub-regiões da Beira Baixa e Beiras e Serra da Estrela. Prevêse adotar um modelo que alia a proximidade regional com a utilização de soluções
integradas e personalizadas de marketing digital, sustentadas por tecnologias
emergentes e uma abordagem estratégica centrada no cliente.
A HD Design irá oferecer um conjunto de serviços adaptados ao grau de maturidade
digital de cada empresa, atuando como parceira no planeamento, execução e
acompanhamento contínuo das ações de comunicação e posicionamento digital. O
modelo de negócio privilegia a flexibilidade, a capacitação dos clientes e a criação de
valor sustentável. O estudo inclui uma análise setorial, do mercado-alvo e da envolvente
externa, bem como a avaliação da viabilidade económica e financeira do projeto,
concluindo que a criação da empresa apresenta forte potencial de atratividade, inovação
e crescimento sustentado.
In recent years, the digital marketing sector has experienced significant growth, driven by the accelerated digitalization of the economy and the increasing importance of an online presence for corporate competitiveness. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), in particular, face challenges in adopting effective digital strategies, primarily due to resource scarcity, limited internal capabilities, and a constantly evolving technological market, notably with the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Within this context, the present project aims to analyze the feasibility of establishing HD Design, a Business-to-Business (B2B) oriented digital marketing agency, focused on supporting the digital transformation of SMEs. The company intends to operate primarily in the Beira Baixa and Beiras e Serra da Estrela sub-regions. It plans to adopt a model that combines regional proximity with the use of integrated and customized digital marketing solutions, supported by emerging technologies and a strategic, customer-centric approach. HD Design will offer a range of services tailored to each company's digital maturity level, acting as a partner in the planning, execution, and continuous monitoring of communication and digital positioning strategies. The business model prioritizes flexibility, client empowerment, and sustainable value creation. The study includes a sectoral analysis, target market analysis, and external environment assessment, as well as an evaluation of the project's economic and financial viability. It concludes that the establishment of the company presents a strong potential for attractiveness, innovation, and sustained growth.
