Neste relatório de estágio pedagógico encontra-se uma breve apresentação do processo
ensino aprendizagem realizado no ano letivo 2019/2020 na Escola Secundária Campos
Melo assim como uma reflexão crítica sobre as diferentes atividades realizadas, dando a
conhecer a passagem do contexto teórico para o contexto prático que foi aplicado ao
longo do ano letivo. Ainda no âmbito do estágio pedagógico foi desenvolvido um trabalho
de investigação com o objetivo de compreender a influência de um programa de treino
de força, na força dos membros inferiores, através do teste “impulsão horizontal” da
bateria de testes do FITescola. Participaram neste estudo dois grupos, um experimental
(n=20; 15.315±0.239) e um de controlo (n=19; 15.32±0.228) e, durante oito semanas
(1x/semana) o grupo experimental realizou um programa de treino de força constituído
por três circuitos com atividades específicas, sendo que ambos os grupos realizaram um
pré-teste antes da aplicação do treino e um pós-teste após o término do programa para
comparar os resultados. Foram verificadas melhorias nos resultados do grupo
experimental (p-value=0.00, p=0.05) com a aplicação do programa de treino de força.
Foi verificada igualmente a influência da variável “pratica atividade física” nos resultados
obtidos no pós-teste (p-value=0.026, p=0.05). Por outro lado, não foram observadas
melhorias significativas nos resultados quando comparados com o grupo de controlo (pvalue=0.661, p=0.05). Concluímos que o grupo experimental melhorou
significativamente os resultados, enquanto o grupo de controlo manteve os resultados
do pós-teste idênticos ao do pré-teste, o que pode ser justificado pelo facto de que os
resultados obtidos pelo grupo de controlo já se encontravam dentro e acima da zona
saudável. A aplicação do programa de treino, apesar de ter sido de curta duração, parece
assim ter sido suficiente para causar pequenas alterações fisiológicas nos níveis de
aptidão quanto aos membros inferiores dos alunos.
This pedagogical internship report contains a brief presentation of the teaching-learning process carried out in the academic year 2019/2020 at the Campos Melo Secondary School, as well as a critical reflection on the different topics covered in the document, showing the transition from the theoretical context to the practical context that was applied throughout the school year. Still within the scope of the pedagogical internship, a study was developed with the objective of understanding the influence of a strength training program, on the strength of the lower limbs, through the “horizontal impulse” test of the FITescola test battery. Two groups participated in this study, an experimental one (n=20; 15.315±0.239) and a control group (n=19; 15.32±0.228) and, during eight weeks (1x/week), the experimental performed a specific training force program based on three circuits, being made a pre-test before the training application and a post-test after the end of the program to compare the results. Improvements were observed in the results of the experimental group (p-value=0.00, p=0.05) with the application of the strength training program. The variable “physical activity practices” also showed improvement on the results obtained in the post-test (p-value=0.026, p=0.05). On the other hand, there were no significant improvements in results when compared to the control group (p-value=0.661, p=0.05). To conclude, the experimental group significantly improved the results, while the control group kept the post-test results identical to the pre-test, which can be justified by the fact that the results obtained by the control group were already within and above the healthy zone. The application of the training program, despite having been of short duration, seemed sufficient to cause small physiological changes in the levels of aptitude for the lower limbs of the students.
