O presente relatório pretende relatar a experiência profissional da aluna Beatriz Seixas,
durante o período de 3 meses de estágio decorrido na empresa Fashion Studio, entre
agosto de 2023 e novembro de 2023, realizado dentro do primeiro semestre do segundo
ano curricular, demonstrando de que forma foram aplicados os conhecimentos
adquiridos no Mestrado em Branding e Design de moda. Nele é apresentado o percurso
da aluna na empresa.
Apesar de, no seu conjunto, o estágio ter contribuído para a realização de um conjunto
de tarefas distintas, os principais projetos a que a estagiária se dedicou esteve
relacionado com a produção de moda e styling. Estes projetos tiveram sempre por base
o desenvolvimento do styling para modelos e posteriormente captado e registado pela
fotografia para as redes sociais tanto da agência como das marcas. Este estágio esteve
sob a orientação científica do Prof. Doutor Octávio Alcântara e orientação de estágio pela
Sandrina Francisco, CEO da agência Fashion Studio.
Este relatório procura dar conta da experiência em que o estágio consistiu no seu todo,
configurando-se igualmente como uma oportunidade para, por um lado experienciar o
mercado de trabalho, como também, desenvolver skills valiosas, e por outro, consolidar
os conhecimentos adquiridos sobre produção de moda, aprofundando importantes
conceitos desenvolvidos por autores de referência neste relatório.
Este documento está dividido em dois capítulos. No primeiro, é realizada uma revisão
bibliográfica que aborda as principais ramificações e intervenientes da produção de
moda, temas esses como: styling, modelos e fotografia de moda. No segundo capítulo
serão apresentados os trabalhos desenvolvidos pela aluna, durante o estágio dando mais
influência aos projetos de produção de moda, demostrando as principais aprendizagens.
This report intends to describe the professional experience of student Beatriz Seixas, during the 3-month internship period at the company Fashion Studio, between August 2023 and November 2023, carried out within the first semester of the second curricular year, demonstrating how the knowledge acquired in the master’s degree in Branding and Fashion Design was applied. It presents the student's journey within the company. Although the internship contributed to the accomplishment of a set of distinct tasks, the main project the intern dedicated herself to was related to fashion production for and styling. These projects were always based on the development of styling for models and subsequently captured and recorded through photography for the social networks of both the agency and the brands. This internship was under the scientific guidance of Prof. Doctor Octávio Alcântara and internship guidance by Sandrina Francisco, CEO of the Fashion Studio agency. This report seeks to give an account of the experience that the internship consisted of as a whole, also configuring itself as an opportunity to, on the one hand, verify how the job market works in this area of this and similar companies, based on experiences of working with more varied people as well as checking what can be improved and, on the other hand, consolidating the knowledge acquired about Fashion Production, deepening important concepts developed by reference authors in this report. This document is divided into two chapters. In the first, a bibliographical review is carried out that addresses the main branches and actors of fashion production, topics such as: styling, models, and fashion photography. The second chapter will present the work developed by the student, during the internship, giving more influence on fashion production projects, demonstrating the main learnings.
