Abstract(s)
O relatório de estágio foi realizado no âmbito do Mestrado de Educação Física dos
Ensinos Básico e Secundário. O estágio foi realizado no ano letivo 2020/2021 e foi
desenvolvido na Escola Secundária Afonso de Albuquerque, na cidade da Guarda. O
estágio pedagógico assumiu-se como uma etapa fulcral para a primeira intervenção da
prática enquanto docente. Ao longo do ano letivo foram desenvolvidas competências
necessárias à lecionação da disciplina de Educação Física, com o intuito de tornar a
aprendizagem dos alunos mais eficiente.
Especificamente, o primeiro capítulo foca-se na intervenção realizada ao longo do ano
letivo. Foi efetuada uma contextualização da entidade acolhedora, bem como do seu
projeto educativo, do grupo de educação física e do planeamento preconizado. Para alem
disso, uma descrição dos conteúdos e das modalidades abordadas, bem como a forma de
avaliação e a metodologia de condução do ensino foram descritas. Em adição, foram
descritas as atividades desenvolvidas no seio da comunidade escolar e a interação
existente com o diretor de turma.
No segundo capítulo, é apresentado um trabalho de investigação que teve como principal
objetivo analisar os efeitos de um programa de treino concorrente, aplicado em regime
online durante as aulas de Educação Física na aptidão física de alunos do ensino
secundário. Foi aplicada uma bateria de testes do FIT Escola antes e após a aplicação do
programa de treino com o intuito de verificar a existência de alterações significativas
entre os dois momentos de análise, focando componentes de força e aptidão aeróbia. Os
resultados indicaram uma diminuição significativa (p < 0.05) da resistência aeróbia
durante o período de confinamento. Por outro lado, verificaram-se melhorias
significativas (p < 0.05) nos testes de velocidade de 20 m e de flexões de braços. Assim,
estes dados sugerem que um período de confinamento é prejudicial na aptidão
cardiorrespiratória de alunas do secundário.
The internship report was conducted under the Master of Physical Education of the Basic and Secondary Education. The internship was held in the 2020/2021 school year and was developed at “Escola Secundária Afonso de Albuquerque”, in the city of Guarda. The pedagogical internship was assumed as a key stage for the first intervention of the practice as a teacher. Throughout the school year, the necessary skills for teaching physical education were developed and enhanced, with the aim of making students' learning more efficient. Specifically, the first chapter demonstrates the intervention carried out throughout the school year. A contextualization of the welcoming entity was carried out, as well its educational project, the physical education group, the recommended planning. Furthermore, a description of the contents and modalities addressed, as well as the form of evaluation and the methodology for conducting de teaching were described. In addition, the activities developed within the school community and existing interaction with the class director were described. In the second chapter, a research work is presented that had as main aim to analyse the effects of a concurrent training programme, applied online during Physical Education classes on the physical fitness of high school students. A battery of FIT school tests was applied before and after the application of the training program in order to verify the existence of significant changes between the two moments of analysis, in the components of strength and aerobic fitness. The results indicated a significant decrease (p < 0.05) in aerobic resistance during the confinement period. On the other hand, there were significant improvements (p < 0.05) in the 20 m speed and arm push-ups tests. Thus, these data suggest that a period of confinement is harmful in the cardiorespiratory fitness of high school students.
