Este documento é um Relatório de Estágio produzido ao longo do meu Estágio na ULS da Guarda no Centro Informático na Ala Hospitalar. O foco principal do Estágio foi atender a uma das necessidades propostas pelo próprio Centro de Informática, o desenvolvimento de um sistema de informação hospitalar, uma aplicação móvel de gestão de Consultas, Análises e Meios Complementares de Diagnósticos e Terapêutica. Com a utilização de ferramentas de software modernas, o estágio permitiu não apenas o aprimoramento técnico do estágio, como também gerou soluções que visam agilizar fluxos internos e melhorar o atendimento aos pacientes. Este relatório descreve as atividades realizadas, os desafios enfrentados e os resultados obtidos ao longo do desenvolvimento.
This document is an Internship Report produced during my internship at ULS da Guarda in the IT Center of the Hospital Wing. The main focus of the internship was addressing one of the needs identified by the IT Center itself: the development of a hospital information system, a mobile application for the management of appointments, analyses, and complementary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. By utilizing modern software tools, the internship not only enhanced the intern’s technical skills but also delivered solutions aimed at streamlining internal workflows and improving patient care. This report outlines the activities performed, the challenges faced, and the results achieved during the development process.
