Abstract(s)
A presente Dissertação de Mestrado aborda a importância da evolução temporal, nos distintos contextos turísticos, culturais, históricos, sociais e económicos no concelho de Celorico da Beira. A proposta contribuir para o renascimento em forma de ligação entre as populações e os visitantes, enaltecendo as valências presentes no concelho e a estratégia de intervenção que proporciona uma reaproximação da população com a zona, atribuindo identidade ao espaço e uma função consoante as necessidades da mesma, de modo a que haja um desenvolvimento produtivo da região presente e não presente. O passo inicial na conceção foi definir os principais elementos que proporcionam o desenvolvimento territorial, com o objetivo de enaltecer o entendimento e a leitura de cada elemento constituinte do projeto. O planeamento organizacional dos volumes propostos para a área de intervenção, bem como toda a sua envolvente territorial, diligenciam a imagem paisagística e simultaneamente a identidade em consonância com a atração mais relevante no concelho - o polo turístico da Serra da Estrela e a procura do entendimento das complexas questões do património arquitetónico e urbanístico existente na região.
O Concelho e Vila de Celorico da Beira está desvanecida no tempo, o passar de gerações e gerações acentuam a desertificação do território. É preciso revigorar o que nos identifica através da memória, para contrariar o esquecimento da cultura e da tradição. Assim, o projeto pontua pela pelo vanguardismo da natureza, da cultura, da tradição, do património existente e do património futuro a Vila. Pretende-se o entendimento pleno do território em análise, bem como o intuito do presente projeto, o Centro Cívico de Celorico da Beira.
This Master's Dissertation addresses the importance of temporal evolution in the different tourist, cultural, historical, social and economic contexts in the municipality of Celorico da Beira. The proposal will contribute to the rebirth in the form of a link between the population and visitors, highlighting the valences present in the county and the intervention strategy that provides a rapprochement of the population with the area, assigning identity to the space and a function according to the needs of the area , so that there is a productive development of the region present and not present. The initial step in the design was to define the main elements that provide the territorial development, with the objective of enhancing the understanding and reading of each constituent element of the project. The organizational planning of the volumes proposed for the area of intervention, as well as all its territorial surroundings, fill the landscape image and simultaneously the identity in consonance with the most relevant attraction in the county - the tourist pole of the Serra da Estrela and the search for understanding complex architectural and urban heritage issues in the region. The Municipality and Village of Celorico da Beira is faded in time, the passing of generations and generations accentuate the desertification of the territory. It is necessary to reinvigorate what identifies us through memory, to counteract the forgetfulness of culture and tradition. Thus, the project punctuates by the vanguardism of nature, culture, tradition, existing heritage and future heritage the Village. It is intended the full understanding of the territory under analysis, as well as the purpose of this project, the Civic Center of Celorico da Beira.
