| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho debruça-se sobre a velocidade que é verificada atualmente no processo de produção das notícias online. Com o advento da Web e com os dispositivos móveis, as rotinas dos profissionais mudaram, o papel dos leitores alterou-se, as redes sociais surgiram e tornaram-se também palco de partilha informativa. As mudanças trazidas pela web ao jornalismo começaram pela simples transposição dos conteúdos, mas de forma evolutiva, ganharam vigor potencialidades como a hipertextualidade, a multimedialidade, a interatividade, a memória, a personalização, a ubiquidade e, explorada de modo mais aprofundado nesta dissertação, a instantaneidade. Deste modo é considerado o modelo The News Diamond, de Paul Bradshaw, que demonstra como o processo da instantaneidade se ramifica no desenvolvimento de uma notícia de última hora. Na parte metodológica, a análise de conteúdo dos casos recolhidos do jornal online Observador seguem esta lógica: o alerta e toda a contextualização da informação à medida que os acontecimentos vão sendo atualizados. Como complemento, foram ainda realizadas entrevistas no sentido de entender de que forma a instantaneidade, interfere relativamente aos princípios elementares do jornalismo, no caso concreto da verificação. Paralelamente ao modo rápido com se processa a informação de última hora, é também feita uma abordagem ao papel do leitor e à importância das redes sociais como plataformas de difusão informativa. Num tempo em que a velocidade se impõe, a par da evolução tecnológica e do surgimento de novas ferramentas, a prática jornalística vê-se confrontada com exigências redobradas e com o desafio constante de assegurar os seus elementos basilares. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is about the speed observed nowadays in the production process of online news. With the web advent and the mobile devices, the professionals’ routines changed, the readers’ role modified, the social networks appeared and became also stage for an information sharing. The mutations brought to journalism by the web started by the simple contents transposition, but in an evolutionary way, a set of potentialities like hypertextuality, multimediality, interactivity, the memory, the customization, the ubiquity gained strength and the instantaneity, the one that is more explored in this dissertation. This way the model The News Diamond, by Paul Bradshaw, shows how the instantaneity process branches in the development of breaking news. In the methodological part, the content analysis of the cases collected in the online journal Observador follow this logic: the alert and all the information contextualization as the events are being updated. In addition, interviews were made in the sense of understanding in which way the instantaneity interferes in relation to the journalism basic principles, in the concrete case of verification. At the same time that the fast mode of the latest information is processed, it is also done an approach to the reader’s role and the importance of social networks as platforms of informative diffusion. In an era that the speed is imposed, along with the technological evolution and the new tools appearance, the journalistic approach sees itself facing redoubled demands and with the constant challenge of ensuring its basic elements. | eng |
