O estágio pedagógico foi realizado na Escola Secundária Afonso de Albuquerque, na
Guarda, no Ano letivo 2021/2022. Este documento tem como objetivo principal descrever
todo o processo de ensino/ aprendizagem, desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional na
intervenção e lecionação, como profissional de Educação Física. Todo o conteúdo aqui
presente refere-se à intervenção pedagógica em turmas do 8ºano e 11ºano, planeamento e
lecionação de aulas. Para além disso, este documento descreve todo o trabalho
desenvolvido, bem como a intervenção no meio escolar e com toda a comunidade escolar.
No segundo capítulo deste relatório, encontra-se inserida a componente de investigação e
de inovação pedagógica do estágio, cujo objetivo foi descrever os hábitos alimentares e de
atividade física dos alunos da escola. O método usado para a investigação foi a aplicação
de dois questionários validados para a população portuguesa, o questionário da escala dos
hábitos alimentares e o questionário internacional da atividade física. A amostra foi
constituída por 108 alunos da Escola Secundária Afonso de Albuquerque, 67 do género
feminino e 41 do género masculino, com idades compreendidas entre os 13 anos e os 18
anos. Os resultados da escala dos hábitos alimentares, mostram que a dimensão com
melhor pontuação média é a de qualidade alimentar e com de menor pontuação a de
quantidade alimentar, tendo sido a média total de pontos obtidos pelos inquiridos foi de
(3,32 pontos). Os resultados do questionário internacional de atividade física demostram
existir alguns hábitos de atividade física vigorosa (3,06 dias por semana) e moderada
(2,86 dias por semana) embora, no entanto, realizada em poucas quantidades, tal como as
caminhadas de pelo menos 10 minutos. O tempo despendido sentados durante os 5 dias
da semana (excluindo fim de semana) obteve uma média de 13 horas e 48 minutos.
The pedagogical internship, within the scope of the Master in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education, was performed at Escola Secundária Afonso de Albuquerque, in Guarda, throughout the academic year 2021/2022. This document has as main objective to describe the entire process of learning, teaching, and personal and professional development, as a Physical Education professional. All content presented here refers to pedagogical intervention, planning and teaching in 8th and 11th grade classes. Furthermore, it describes all the work carried out, both in terms of intervention in the school environment and in relation to the entire school community. The second chapter of this report contains the research and pedagogical innovation component of the internship, whose objective was to describe the eating habits and the practice of physical activity of the students at the school. The method used for the investigation was the application of two questionnaires validated for the portuguese population: the eating habits scale questionnaire and the international physical activity questionnaire. The sample consisted of 108 students from Escola Secundária Afonso de Albuquerque, 67 females and 41 males, aged between 13 and 18 years old. The results of the eating habits scale show that the dimension with the best average score is food quality and the one with the lowest score is food quantity, with the total average of points obtained by the respondents being 3,32 points. The results of the international physical activity questionnaire show that there are some habits of vigorous (3,06 days a week) and moderate (2,86 days a week) physical activity, however, performed in small amounts. The time students spent sitting during the 5 days of the week (excluding weekends) was, on average, 13 hours and 48 minutes.
