Abstract(s)
Este relatório de estágio consta de 3 partes distintas que refletem o trabalho efetuado no
estágio: a Introdução; o Estágio; e o Trabalho de Investigação. Na primeira parte, defino a
modalidade desportiva em que fiz o meu estágio. Na segunda, indico os objetivos que
nortearam esta etapa da minha preparação académica, apresento a entidade acolhedora,
abordo as estratégias seguidas durante o estágio para o desenvolvimento dos atletas, desde a
intervenção até à avaliação e controlo do trabalho realizado. Por fim, reporto o trabalho de
investigação centrado na análise da atuação dos guarda-redes, tendo sido visualizados 5
jogos (4 da Liga Inglesa com a equipa Loughborough e 1 jogo da equipa principal dos BUCS).
Os resultados revelaram que as ações ofensivas correspondem à maioria das ações dos
guarda-redes, sendo a mais comum o passe com mão nos quatro contextos avaliados,
seguido do passe com pé e, por último, o remate.
Verificou-se também que as ações defensivas representam 1/3 do total das ações dos guardaredes. Nestas ações, a mais usada foi a defesa alta, em segundo foi a posição de deslize ou
defesa barreirista e em terceiro a defesa em cruz.
Como conclusão refere-se que os guarda-redes utilizam mais frequentemente ações ofensivas
(passe com mão) do que as defensivas (defesa alta). E também podemos dizer que os
guarda-redes usam mais o jogo ofensivo do que defensivo no Futsal.
This internship report consists of 3 distinct parts that reflect the work done during the internship: the Introduction, the Intership itself and the Research. On the first part, I define the sport that I did my Intership on. On the second part, I point out the objectives that guided me throughout the intership and also the strategies that I used to help the development of the players. Finally, I delve into the research based on the analysis of the goalkeeper's actions, from 5 futsal games (4 of the English League, with the Loughborough team, and 1 game of the main team of BUCS). The results of the research showed that the offensive actions corresponded to the majority of the goalkeepers actions, being the hand pass the most common one in all the 4 contexts, followed by the foot pass and lastly, shooting for the goal. It was also found that defensive actions represented 1/3 of the goalkeeper actions. In these actions the most used was the high defense, followed by the barreirist defense and finally, the “defesa em cruz”. Concluding, the goalkeeper's use more frequently the offensive actions (hand pass), as opposing to the defensive ones (high defense).
