A saúde é vista como uma área essencial para as populações, tem um potencial inovador e de desenvolvimento, quando acompanhado de boas práticas de gestão profissional, capaz de provocar um aumento a muitas outras atividades complementares.
Com a criação deste projeto espera-se dar enfoque ao empreendedorismo aplicado à área da saúde, fazendo assim com que se criem novas empresas ou a modernização das já existentes.
Espera-se ainda dar resposta às necessidades do povo trancosense com uma possível criação de uma clínica.
A metodologia utilizada foi baseada num plano de negócios fazendo-se uma análise de mercado, formulando-se um plano estratégico, elaborando-se um estudo económico-financeiro, para então analisar a viabilidade do projeto.
Através de estudos realizados para a elaboração deste projeto verificou-se que o medo de falhar por parte dos potenciais empreendedores, deve-se, essencialmente a encargos financeiros, crise económica, desemprego, desilusão pessoal/perda de autoestima, consequências legais e ações judiciais, entre outros aspetos.
Atualmente, as faculdades de saúde focam-se essencialmente na formação em prestar auxílio, de tratamento e de investigação científica, no entanto, são poucos os profissionais dessa área que se tornam empreendedores.
Normalmente o desenvolvimento de um país/distrito/concelho passa pela capacidade de se produzir riqueza capaz de gerar bem-estar e qualidade de vida às suas populações.
Health is seen as a crucial area for the population, it has an innovative potential and development potential, that when is followed with good practices of professional management, is capable to lead to an increase in many other additional activities. This project aims to highlight to entrepreneurship applied to the health area, in order to create new companies or to modernize the existent ones. It is also expected to answer Trancoso people’s needs with a possible new medical clinic creation. The methodology used was based on a business plan making a market analysis formulating a strategic plan was adopted, and an economic-financial analysis was made, in order to analyzing the feasibility of the project. Through some carried studies to prepare this project, it was verified that the fear of failing from the potential entrepreneurs, is mainly due to financial problems, economic crisis, unemployment, personal disappointment/loss of self-confidence, legal consequences and lawsuits, among other things. Currently, health faculties are mainly focused on training in provide aid, treatment and scientific research. However, only a few professional in this area become entrepreneurs. Ordinarily, a country/district/county’ development passes by the capacity to produce wealth, capable of create well-being and life quality to the population.
