Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio tem como foco principal descrever e mostrar as
atividades que foram realizadas pela estagiária durante os três meses de estágio, de
agosto a outubro de 2019, na Consultora de Comunicação e Relações Públicas IPSIS,
com sede em Lisboa e associada da APECOM.
Além disso, foi desenvolvido um estudo que teve por base o artigo «“Faz o que eu te
digo, mas não olhes para o que eu faço”: As consultoras de relações públicas e a
comunicação digital, em Portugal». Neste sentido, no estudo referido foram analisados
os websites e as plataformas digitais, nomeadamente o Facebook e o Instagram, das
Consultoras associadas da APECOM, com a finalidade de perceber o que poderia ser
melhorado na presença digital da IPSIS, sempre em comparação com outras
consultoras e seguindo as estratégias dos autores Sónia Sebastião e Men e Tsai. No final
da análise conclui-se que as Consultoras de Comunicação e Relações Públicas,
particularmente a IPSIS, podem fazer melhorias em relação às suas plataformas
digitais, apostando mais na informação e na consistência das publicações.
This internship report has as main focus to describe and show the activities that were carried out by the intern during the three months of internship, from August to October 2019, at the Communication and Public Relations Consultant IPSIS, based in Lisbon and associated with APECOM.
