Capítulo 1
É com enorme prazer que consigo ter a oportunidade e obrigatoriedade de realizar este
documento.
Foi sem dúvida um ano de realização pessoal e profissional, por se tratar de uma área de
ensino e de trabalho que em muito está ligada à minha atividade profissional. O trabalho com
crianças e os valores éticos, além de todas as situações técnicas de aprendizagem das
modalidades lecionadas, pelas quais passo todos os dias, estiveram sempre neste estágio.
Com o aproximar do final do estágio, começo a sentir saudades das horas de trabalho, apesar
de em muitos momentos, terem sido difíceis de conciliar com o trabalho diário. Fazendo uma
passagem rápida pelo ano desenvolvido e, depois de muitas reuniões iniciais, de modo a
planificar o ano letivo, parti então para a planificação das minhas unidades didáticas para
posteriormente as poder colocar em prática na lecionação das aulas. Não senti muitas
dificuldades na liderança da aula e na lecionação da maior parte das unidades didáticas,
talvez por já trabalhar na área e também por ter trabalhado em muitas das modalidades que
lecionei ao longo do ano. Penso que, juntamente com os meus dois colegas de estágio,
desenvolvemos um trabalho diário interessante, quer na lecionação onde sempre existiu
entreajuda mas também nas atividades de seminário, interagindo com várias estruturas da
escola de modo a tornar qualquer atividade mais abrangente e completa. De uma forma
muito sucinta, esta foi a descrição de um ano enorme em termos de conhecimentos
adquiridos, de experiências vividas e de trabalho realizado.
Capítulo 2.
Realizada a primeira reunião entre os alunos estagiários e a Universidade da Beira Interior
(UBI), pude definir o meu tema da cadeira de Seminário II.
Fui para essa reunião com um tema proposto sobre as motivações dos alunos para a prática do
desporto escolar, no entanto, durante essa mesma reunião foi abordado um tema deficitário
que existia no departamento. Este tema relaciona-se com as necessidades de formação dos
profissionais da área de desporto na região centro (distrito de Castelo Branco e Guarda). Senti
uma importância enorme em desenvolver esta temática, com a intenção de colmatar uma
lacuna que sinto enquanto profissional da área e da região. Desenvolvi um trabalho em
conjunto com a UBI e o CFIUTE (Centro de formação interação tecido empresarial).
Desenvolvi um trabalho sempre presente e de uma forma muito assídua no centro de
formação e sempre que necessário na UBI, de forma a esclarecer algumas duvidas que
pudessem surgir. Consegui através de um questionário enviado por e-mail, recolher algumas informações para um posterior tratamento, que passarei a apresentar no presente relatório.
Consegui através da minha amostra perceber algumas áreas de formação que estão em
carência na nossa região.
Chapter 1 It is with great pleasure that I have the opportunity and the obligation to carry out this document. It was certainly a year of personal fulfillment and professional, as a teaching area and working that much is linked to my professional activity. Working with children and the ethical values, in addition to all situations of learning techniques, taught by that step every day to them, have always been at this stage. With the approach of the end of the stage, I begin to miss on hours of work, although in many moments have been difficult to reconcile with the daily work. Doing a quick passage by the year developed, and after many initial meetings to plan the school year, I move forward to plan out my didactic units to later be able to put them in practice in school lessons. Didn't feel a lot of difficulties in the classroom leadership and most of the didactic units, maybe because they are working in the area and also by having worked in many of the ways that I taught throughout the year. I think that, together with my two colleagues have developed a stage, either in daily work teaching where we always had self-help but also in seminar activities, interacting with various structures of the school so as to make any activity more comprehensive and complete. In a very succinctly way, this was the description of a huge year in terms of knowledge, experiences and work. Chapter 2 Held the first meeting between internal students and the University of Beira Interior (UBI), I was able to set my theme of Seminar Chair II. I went to this meeting with a theme about the motivations of the students for the practice of sport at school, however, during that same meeting was discussed a theme deficit that existed in the Department. This topic relates to the training needs of professionals in the field of sport in centre region (district of Castelo Branco and Guarda); I felt a huge importance in developing this theme, with the intent to bridge a gap that I feel as a pro. I developed a work jointly with the UBI and CFIUTE (Training Center business interaction). I developed a work in which I was always present and assiduous at the training centre and ever if necessary in UBI, in order to clarify some doubts that might arise. I managed through a questionnaire sent by email, to collect some information to a subsequent treatment, which I will present in this report. Through my sample, I was able to understand some training areas that are in need in our area.
