| dc.description.abstract | A ilha da Madeira é alvo de frequentes chuvas extremas que por vezes leva, nas suas águas, vidas humanas, resultado da má ocupação do territ6rio. Torna-se assim, relevante o pensar na arquitetura como elemento integrante no meio Natural e não como objeto de apropriação do local. Sendo a Natureza um elemento de extrema importância para o ser humano, cabe ao mesmo protege-la e conservá-la. É importante manter um equilíbrio entre o ecossistema natural do local e o construído, criando uma harmonia paisagística e ambiental. Só assim o ser humano conseguira tirar o melhor aproveitamento dos benefícios naturais. Com a presente dissertação pretende-se o estudo da relação entre o local e a construção, com bases nas construções tradicionais madeirenses, resultando numa ocupação inteligente do espaço construído, procurando enquadrar-se com o meio ambiente adquirindo assim o conforto e o bem-estar do morador, bem como, a sua segurança e o equilíbrio dos ecossistemas naturais. Sendo a maior fonte de rendimento da Região Autónoma da Madeira o turismo, é proposto um projeto habitacional sazonal de cariz ecológico. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | Madeira Island is frequently attacked by heavy rains which sometimes take human lives with it, due to the bad territorial occupation. Thinking about architecture represents an important role in the environment because the main goal must always be the environment and we don't have the right to built wherever we want without thinking about the consequences that will have in the future. Being nature so important to human beings, it is our responsibility to preserve and protect it. It is quite important to keep a good balance between the environment and the constructed areas, creating the landscape and environmental harmony. Only that way we can achieve a better use from the natural benefits. We this dissertation we intend to study the relationship between the site and the construction, based on the Madeira traditional buildings, resulting in an intelligent occupation of the area, seeking to fit the environment acquiring the comfort and the well-being of the resident, as well as his safety and the balance of the environment. Being the tourism the major responsible for the prosperity of Madeira's Island economy it is proposed a seasonal housing project of ecological character. | eng |
