Abstract(s)
O presente relatório surge na sequência do estágio realizado no departamento de recursos
humanos da Kodly Consulting, com a duração de quatro meses. É uma empresa jovem,
inserindo-se no setor das tecnologias com sede no Porto que se dedica a projetos
relacionados com o e-Commerce, um conceito que consiste em fazer compras e vendas
através da internet.
Além da descrição das atividades realizadas durante o período de estágio, também serão
objetivos deste trabalho o aprofundamento das temáticas através da revisão da literatura,
a análise crítica das atividades desenvolvidas na área de Recursos Humanos, bem como, a
identificação de sugestões de melhoria e do impacto da pandemia COVID19 no desenrolar
da atividade, fenómeno que acompanhou todo o desenvolvimento do estágio na
organização.
O estágio consistiu em desenvolver diversas atividades de recursos humanos relacionadas
com a atração, retenção e desenvolvimento de talento dentro da organização, para além
destas atividades também estive envolvida num projeto com a designação “Ikonisch”, uma
empresa que se dedica à venda de mobiliário recondicionado de luxo, na qual me foram
atribuídas várias tarefas de forma a ter uma melhor integração no ambiente e no
funcionamento da empresa.
Durante o desenvolvimento do estágio coloquei em prática todos os conhecimentos
adquiridos durante a licenciatura e do mestrado em gestão, na Universidade da Beira
Interior (UBI), percebendo a importância, e o impacto, da atração, retenção e do
desenvolvimento de talento nas empresas, simultaneamente fez-me crescer, ser mais
autónoma e proativa enquanto profissional.
This report follows on from the four-month internship carried out in the human resources department at Kodly Consulting. It is a young company dedicated to projects related to eCommerce, a concept that consists of shopping and selling over the internet. In addition to the description of the activities carried out during the internship period, the objectives of this work will also be the deepening of the themes through the literature review, the critical analysis of the activities developed in the area of Human Resources, as well as the identification of suggestions for improvement and the impact of the COVID19 pandemic on the activity, a phenomenon that accompanied the entire course of the internship in the organization. The internship consisted of developing several human resources activities related to the attraction, retention and development of talent within the organization, in addition to these activities I was also involved in a project with the designation "Ikonisch", a company dedicated to the sale of refurbished luxury furniture, in which I was assigned several tasks in order to have a better integration in the environment and in the functioning of the company. During the development of the internship, I put into practice all the knowledge acquired during my bachelor and master's degree in management at University of Beira Interior (UBI), realizing the importance, and the impact, of attracting, retaining and developing talent in companies, simultaneously making me grow, be more autonomous and proactive as a professional.
