Num mercado de trabalho cada vez mais exigente, onde é fundamental acompanhar as inovações tecnológicas, senti uma enorme necessidade, no meu 2º ano do 2º ciclo de estudos em Cinema, de iniciar a atividade na área profissional e daí a minha opção pelo estágio. Assim, e com as oportunidades que o programa Erasmus+ oferece aos alunos, decidi que um estágio fora de Portugal seria um desafio que poria à prova as minhas capacidades e me permitiria evoluir como profissional e como pessoa.
Neste relatório irei expor toda a aprendizagem e as dificuldades que experienciei ao longo dos cinco meses em que realizei o estágio na empresa Pozitiv, na República Checa. Como estagiária na Pozitiv, tive a oportunidade de realizar essencialmente as funções de operadora de câmara em live stream e na filmagem de vídeos promocionais ou cobertura de eventos; montadora de vídeos promocionais/corporativos e entrevistas e criação de pequenas animações no programa Adobe After Effects CC. Trabalhei na empresa de uma forma muito polivalente dado que exerci diversas outras funções, desde assistente de som e câmara a assistente de produção, entre outras.
Tendo em conta o tipo de funções e projetos que realizei ao longo do meu estágio, pretendo essencialmente que este relatório incida na minha experiência como estagiária na República Checa e sobre as dificuldades que a barreira linguística criou no ambiente de trabalho e que consequentemente afetou o trabalho em equipa, mas também sobre a evolução das minhas capacidades técnicas, assim como a descoberta do live stream como uma ferramenta audiovisual inovadora que possui inúmeras aplicações, sendo muito utilizada na República Checa, ao contrário de Portugal, onde parece ainda não haver uma grande procura/oferta.
In a labor market increasingly demanding is essential to keep up with technological innovations. I felt a huge need in my 2nd year of the 2nd cycle of studies in Cinema to start my activity in the professional field and thereof my choice of an internship. Thus, with the opportunities Erasmus+ program gives to students, I decided that an internship abroad would be a challenge that would test my skills and allow me to develop as a professional and as a person. Therefore, this report will expose all learning and all the difficulties experienced over the five months of my internship in the Czech Republic, at the company Pozitiv s.r.o. As a trainee in this company I had the opportunity to perform essentially the tasks of; camera operator in live streams and in the shooting of promotional videos or event coverage; editor of promotional/corporate videos and interviews; and also in the making of small animations in After Effects CC program. Still, I worked in the company in a very versatile way and I held several other functions from sound and camera assistant as production assistant, among others. Taking into account the type of tasks and projects I executed throughout my internship, I intend that this report focuses essentially on my experience as a trainee in the Czech Republic and the difficulties that the language barrier created in the workplace and that jeopardized sometimes the team work, nevertheless I will also expose the development of my technical skills as well as the discovery of live stream as an innovative audiovisual tool that has numerous applications, and is commonly used in the Czech Republic, unlike Portugal where it seems not yet to have a large demand/supply.
