Este relatório de estágio tem como objetivo sintetizar aquilo que foi a minha
experiência adquirida durante o ano letivo 2022/2023, durante o estágio no
Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão, situado na cidade do Fundão. A intervenção teve
como objetivo lecionar aulas a uma turma do 10º ano durante o decorrer do primeiro
período e lecionar aulas a uma turma do 11º ano durante o segundo e terceiro períodos,
acompanhar as aulas lecionadas pelo(a) professor(a) orientador(a) nos grupos de
desporto escolar, nomeadamente badminton, dança e desporto escolar comunidade.
Ainda houve espaço para participar em outras atividades da comunidade escolar. Este
relatório de estágio está dividido em duas partes, a primeira trata do estágio
pedagógico, onde serão descritas as atividades realizadas no âmbito do estágio e as
dificuldades e aprendizagens encontradas ao longo do mesmo. Na segunda parte, será
abordada a investigação, com o objetivo de perceber o efeito de um programa de treino
em circuito e um programa de treino de flexibilidade, numa turma de 11ºano,
nomeadamente o teste do vaivém e o teste senta e alcança. O programa foi
implementado durante o segundo período, 10 semanas. Em relação aos resultados,
observamos uma maior evolução nos alunos que realizam desporto regularmente.
Conseguimos perceber que os alunos aumentaram os resultados em ambos os lados e
os alunos que praticam desporto regularmente tiveram um aumento da sua
flexibilidade no lado esquerdo (100%) melhor que no lado direito (75%), sendo que os
alunos que não praticam tiveram uma evolução menor (76,5% e 52,4%).
This internship report aims to summarize what was my experience acquired during the school year 2022/2023, during the internship at the Fundão School Group, located in the city of Fundão. The objective of the intervention was to teach classes to a 10th grade class during the course of the first period and to teach classes to an 11th grade class during the second and third periods, to follow the classes taught by the advisor teacher in school sports groups, namely badminton, dance and community school sports. There was still room to participate in other school community activities. This internship report is divided into two parts, the first deals with the pedagogical internship, where the activities carried out within the scope of the internship and the difficulties and learning encountered throughout it will be described. In the second part, research will be addressed, with the aim of understanding the effect of a circuit training program and a flexibility training program, in an 11th grade class, namely the shuttle test and the sit and reach test. The program was implemented during the second period, 10 weeks. Regarding the results, we observed a greater evolution in students who practice sports regularly. We were able to perceive that the students increased the results on both sides and the students who practice sports regularly had an increase in their flexibility on the left side (100%) better than on the right side (75%), and students who do not practice had a smaller evolution (76,5% e 52,4%).
