| dc.description.abstract | A Gestão da Continuidade de Aeronavegabilidade (GCA) de um Operador Aéreo, fica a cargo da sua PART M, e é composta por diversas áreas cujas actividades que lhe são inerentes são de elevada importância para a prevenção de acidentes/incidentes. Pretendeu, então, este trabalho identificar as áreas da GCA cujo risco de erro pode ser Muito Significativo aquando da realização das actividades diárias, apresentar propostas/soluções que permitam minimizar estes erros e, assim, poder melhorar a forma como a GCA pode prevenir acidentes/incidentes. Foi igualmente abordado, ainda que de forma sucinta, o tema dos Factores Humanos, como questão a ter em conta nas diversas actividades da GCA. Para identificar estas áreas/actividades, recorreu-se a sete casos reais e a uma colectânea de erros mais comuns a algumas operadoras. Tendo em conta que o Programa de Manutenção da Aeronave e as Actividades inerentes aos trabalhos de Engenharia revelaram ser as áreas com um risco Mais Significativo de erro, recomenda-se que, através da implementação de Procedimentos Internos e da realização de Formação se tomem medidas para minimizar os níveis de risco associados a estas áreas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM) of an Air Operator, responsibility of its PART M, consists of several areas whose activities are of the highest importance for the prevention of accidents/incidents. Therefore, the intention of this work is to identify the areas where the risk of CAM error can be Very Significant, when performing the daily activities, to present proposals/solutions that minimize these errors and, thus, to improve how the CAM can prevent accident /incidents. Briefly, it is also addressed the issue of Human Factors, as a matter to be taken into account in the various activities of the CAM. To identify these areas/activities, we used seven real cases and a collection of errors common to some operators. Taking into account that the Aircraft Maintenance Program and the activities associated with the work of Engineering proved to be the areas with a Most Significant risk of error, it is recommended that measures be taken to minimize the levels of risk associated with these areas, through the implementation of Internal Procedures and Training of Personnel. | |
