Capítulo 1
Na licenciatura, graças aos conteúdos que foram abordados nas aulas teóricas, bem
como a informação que adquirimos nestas aulas, possibilitaram-me, neste ano de estágio,
colocar em prática todas estas aprendizagens, transpô-las para o ensino, desenvolvendo
estratégias que facilitassem a aprendizagem dos alunos.
Desde o início do ano até à conclusão deste estágio, consegui, aos poucos, elevar os
meus conhecimentos, devido às aulas que lecionei, às que observei e às reuniões que tive
durante o ano. O estágio tem como objetivo desenvolver diferentes competências para que o
aluno passe a professor para se preparar eficientemente para um dia poder ensinar para uma
escola aquilo que realmente gosta. Foi uma experiência gratificante, pela quantidade de
situações por que passei e pelas aprendizagens que obtive de cada uma delas que me fizeram
tomar decisões cada vez mais acertadas.
Durante este ano de estágio pedagógico no ano letivo de 2015/2016, lecionei a
disciplina de Educação Física ao 10º ano do curso Científico-Humanístico de Línguas e
Humanidades e observei uma outra turma do 10º ano do curso Científico-Humanístico de
Ciências e Tecnologias da escola Frei Heitor Pinto da Covilhã. Estivemos presentes nesta escola
dois estagiários de educação física e tínhamos ao nosso dispor um professor orientador que nos
ajudou imenso na procura de soluções e de estratégias para que conseguíssemos desenvolver
as capacidades pretendidas dos alunos. O trabalho em grupo, bem como as reflexões que
tínhamos durante as reuniões, foram muito enriquecedoras, porque as ideias e o conhecimento
do meu professor orientador e do meu colega de estágio, permitiram-me pôr em prática
estratégias mais eficientes e experimentar outras novas, já que não existe nenhuma receita
para o ensino na educação física.
Neste trabalho irei abordar os objetivos da escola e do estagiário, fazendo também uma
caracterização da escola. Realizei um MEC para cada modalidade abordada durante um ano,
mas só coloquei a modalidade de basquetebol, para o trabalho não se tornar demasiado
extenso. Registei também o planeamento das aulas, a organização destas, as justificações, as
reflexões, as avaliações dos alunos, conteúdo referente à direção de turma e desporto escolar.
Capítulo 2 Diversos estudos indicam para o nível por vezes reduzido, quanto á intensidade do esforço físico nas aulas de educação física. Neste estudo, procuramos verificar os valores médios da FC1 em prática, ao longo das diferentes fases da aula de EF, procurando analisar possíveis diferenças nas aulas de EF em unidades didáticas coletivas e individuais2. A amostra foi constituída por 10 alunos do género feminino, com idades compreendidas entre os 14 e os 17 anos. O estudo realizou-se ao longo de 4 aulas3, de modo aleatório e consistiu no registo dos valores da frequência cardíaca durante a prática nas aulas, utilizando-se monitores de FC4. Após a recolha e análise dos dados obtidos, verificou-se existirem diferenças entre as modalidades, assim como, nas fases que constituem a aula. Os alunos mantêm os valores mais elevados nas aulas de basquetebol, do que nas aulas de ginástica, aquando a fase de exercitação.
Chapter 2 The HR5 indicates a low level, regarding physical effort intensity in physical education classes. In this study, we seek to verify the medium values of HR during the different stages of the class, seeking to analyze possible differences in the class in individual or collective teaching units6. The study group was formed by 10 students of 10th grade, female gender, with ages between 14 and 17 years old. The study was realized during 4 classes7 in a random way and consisted in registering values of the HR during the classes, using CF monitors8. After collecting and analyzing the obtained data, it was verified that there were differences between sports, in the phases that make up the class, just as the classes in study. The students register higher values during basketball classes rather than gymnastics classes, during the exercising phase.
Chapter 1 On my graduation, regarding the content that was addressed in lectures, as well as the information that we acquired in this classes, enabled me, on this year of internship, to put into practice all of this learning, translate them into teaching, developing strategies that would ease the students’ learning. Since the beginning of the year until the conclusion of this internship, I was able to, step by step, develop my knowledge, due to the lectures I taught and watched and to the meetings I had during the year. The internship’s objective is to develop different skills so that the student that will later become the teacher can prepare himself efficiently so that one day he can teach to a school the knowledge that he truly loves. It was a gratifying experience, by the amount of situations I have been through and for the knowledge I obtained from each of them that made me make better and more accurate decisions. During this year of teaching practice, 2015/2016, I taught the discipline of physical education to a 10th grade class of scientific-humanities course and observed another 10th grade class of scientific-humanities of science and technology in Frei Heitor Pinto’s school in Covilhã. In this school there were two physical education interns and we had at our disposal a guiding teacher who helped us a lot in search for solutions and strategies so that we could develop the required skills on the students. The work group, as well as the in-meetings’ reflections, were very enlightening, because the ideas and the knowledge of my guiding teacher and my intern colleague allowed me to put into practice more efficient strategies and to try out new things, since there is no “recipe” for teaching physical education. On this assignment I will approach school and intern’s objectives, by also doing a school evaluation. I performed an MEC for each sport approached during a year, but only basketball was developed on this assignment, so it wouldn’t be too extensive. I also registered classes’ planning, organization, justifications, reflections, students’ evaluations and to the content in class and school sports.
