Abstract(s)
O presente documento visa projectar uma imagem real do meu processo de crescimento e desenvolvimento como professor, durante todo este ano lectivo destinado ao Estágio Pedagógico realizado na Escola Secundária da Sé – Guarda, que se insere no âmbito do 2º ano do 2º Ciclo de estudos, em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, da Universidade da Beira Interior. A divisão deste relatório de estágio foi efectuada em 2 Capítulos, estando estas subdivididas em várias secções. No primeiro capítulo, aparecem descritas seis grandes secções, começando com uma introdução, onde aparecem logo de seguida os objectivos tanto do estágio pedagógico como da escola/grupo disciplinar, caracterização geral da organização da escola, descrição e análise das actividades desenvolvidas, tendo em conta duas subsecções muito importantes, como a organização e gestão do processo de ensino e aprendizagem e a participação na escola e relação com a comunidade. Na finalização deste capítulo surgem as últimas duas secções que relatam a reflexão efectuada sobre o contributo do estágio pedagógico, findando com as considerações finais, em que procuro sintetizar alguns dos pontos chaves deste ano lectivo, debruçando-me e reflectindo acerca da minha aprendizagem e evolução enquanto docente. No segundo capítulo apresento um estudo sobre o papel do professor como agente motivador nas aulas de educação física. Diferentes conhecimentos, renovados papéis de docência, uma maior liberdade e um emancipado sentido de responsabilidade são alguns dos objectivos, desafios e exigências retratados neste relatório.
This document aims to project a real image of my growth process and development as a teacher, throughout this school year for the Teacher Training held at the Cathedral School - Guard, which falls within the 2nd year of 2nd cycle Studies in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education, University of Beira Interior. The division of the probation report was made in Chapter 2, these being subdivided into several sections. The first chapter scribed six major sections, beginning with an introduction, which appear just below the objectives of both the teaching practice as of school / group discipline, general characterization of the school organization, description and analysis of an introduction, which appear just below the objectives of both the teaching practice as the activities, taking into account two very important categories, such as organizing and management of teaching and learning and participation in school and community relations. On completion of this chapter come the last two sections that describe the reflection carried out on contribution of teaching practice, ending with the final remarks, when I try to synthesize some of the key points of this school year, addressing me, and reflecting on my learning and development as a teacher. In the second chapter I present a study on the role the teacher as a motivator in physical education classes. Different knowledge, renovated roles of teaching, greater freedom and a sense of responsibility are emancipated some of the goals, challenges and demands portrayed in this report.
