Abstract(s)
Ainda no âmbito do estágio pedagógico
Enquanto o
aquecimento tradicional terá por base alongamentos estáticos. Participaram neste
estudo dois grupos, um experimental (n=21; (15,52 ± 0,462)) e um de controlo (n=27;
This document presents the final reflection of the experiences lived during the pedagogical internship carried out in the academic year 2021/2022 at Escola Secundária Quinta das Palmeiras and Escola Básica Pêro da Covilhã. The internship started in September 2021 and ended in June 2022. Also within the scope of the pedagogical internship, a research work was developed where the primary objective focuses on differentiating between traditional warm-up and specific warm-up for the basketball didactic unit. The intervention will be carried out over fourteen classes, each class lasting ninety minutes, ten minutes of which will be the specific warm-up. This warm-up will be based on sport-specific movements such as running, changes of direction, slides, sprints and jumps. While the traditional warm-up will be based on static stretching. Two groups participated in this study, one experimental (n=20; (15.52 ± 0.462)) and one control (n=19; (15.33 ± 0.231)), during fourteen classes the experimental group carried out a specific warm-up for the didactic unit basketball while the control group performed a traditional warm-up. Both groups performed a pre-test before any intervention and a post-test after the end of the program applied to the experimental group to compare the results, the tests applied were the vertical impulsion test and the 20m sprint test. It was concluded that for a significance of 5%, H0 is rejected in hypotheses 1 and 2, as for hypothesis not rejected and the data obtained were not statistically significant to confirm that the program had an effect, however it does not deny that there was an improvement.
