Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação apresenta-se como o culminar da formação técnico-científica durante os 5 anos que constituem o Mestrado Integrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas (MICF). Neste contexto, a experiência profissionalizante foi constituída por duas vertentes: a Investigação e a Farmácia Comunitária, estando a presente dissertação divida em dois capítulos.
O primeiro capítulo corresponde à vertente de Investigação, que consistiu num estudo do perfil sociodemográfico, ambiental, de saúde e a qualidade de vida da população residente da freguesia do Soito, pertencente ao concelho do Sabugal, distrito da Guarda. Sendo uma população envelhecida, o objetivo trabalhado com mais detalhe foi o perfil de saúde e bem-estar. Este estudo tornou-se importante para a descrição da população estudada, tendo sido os dados fornecidos e apresentados à Câmara Municipal do Sabugal, com o intuito de poder existir uma intervenção mais direcionada permitindo um aumento da qualidade de vida da população residente na freguesia do Soito.
O segundo capítulo é referente à experiência profissionalizante na farmácia comunitária, realizada na Farmácia Pedroso, na Covilhã sob a orientação do Dr. João Vale. Neste capítulo é feita uma descrição da minha integração na equipa de excelência da Farmácia Pedroso, de todas as atividades e responsabilidades inerentes ao farmacêutico, bem como algumas particularidades alocadas ao enquadramento legal e financeiro desta componente.
The present dissertation is the culmination of the technical-scientific formation during the 5 years that constitute the Integrated Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences (MICF). In this context, the professional experience was constituted by two strands: Research and Community Pharmacy, the present dissertation being divided into two chapters. The first chapter corresponds to the research section, which consisted of a study of the sociodemographic, environmental, health and quality of life of the resident population of Soito, belonging to the municipality of Sabugal, Guarda district. Being an aging population, the goal worked in more detail was the profile of health and well-being. This study became important for the description of the studied population, and the data provided and presented to the City Council of Sabugal, with the intention of being able to have a more targeted intervention allowing an increase in the quality of life of the resident population in the parish of Soito. The second chapter refers to the professional experience in the community pharmacy, held at the Pharmacy Pedroso, in Covilhã under the guidance of Dr. João Vale. In this chapter, a description is made of my inclusion in Pharmacia Pedroso's excellence team, of all activities and responsibilities inherent to the pharmacist, as well as some particularities allocated to the legal and financial framework of this component.
