Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio enquadra-se na unidade curricular “Dissertação, Projeto
Final ou Estágio com Relatório” que permitirá assim dar por terminado o mestrado em
Design Multimédia e ceder-me assim o grau de mestre, na Universidade da Beira
Interior (UBI). O objetivo deste relatório consiste essencialmente, em mostrar a minha
evolução profissional, após um estágio e implementação da Teoria na Prática, no dia a
dia, numa empresa ligada ao Design, à Comunicação e experiência do cliente.
Foi, desse modo, realizado um estágio curricular de 960 horas na empresa LOBA
Costumer Experience Design, no escritório de Oliveira de Azeméis, no qual foi possível
ter o primeiro contacto com o mercado de trabalho nas áreas de Design Gráfico e Web
Design, de forma a implementar as competências adestradas ao longo de todo o ensino
superior.
No primeiro capítulo, é feito um Enquadramento Teórico, mais precisamente o Estado
da Arte, refletindo a vertente teórica e que resume os conceitos de Design mais
próximos do trabalho que desenvolvi em contexto de estágio. Por conseguinte, nos
capítulos subsequentes, é possível ficar a conhecer a LOBA, a sua história, a sua missão,
visão e valores, pelos quais se rege, os prémios adquiridos e toda a informação
necessária. Seguidamente, apresento os eventos nos quais pude participar, bem como
os diferentes projetos realizados, ferramentas utilizadas, conceitos estudados ao longo
do percurso do estágio, num contexto empresarial. Por fim existirá uma apreciação
crítica do estágio, de forma a mencionar os pontos fortes e fracos, e o retirar de
conclusões.
This internship report is part of the curricular unit “Dissertation, Final Project or Internship with Report”, which will allow me to conclude the master's degree in Multimedia Design and thus grant me a master's degree, at the University of Beira Interior (UBI). The objective is essentially to show my professional evolution, after an internship and implementation of Theory in Practice, on a daily basis, in a company linked to design, communication and customer experience. Thus, it was carried out in a 960 hours curricular internship at the company LOBA Costumer Experience Design, in the Oliveira de Azeméis office, it was not possible to have the first contact with the job market in the areas of Graphic Design and Web Design, in a way to implement the competences trained throughout higher education. In the first chapter, a theoretical framework is made. Therefore, in the subsequent chapters, it is possible to get to know LOBA, its history, its mission, vision and values, by which it is governed, the prizes awarded and all the necessary information. Then, I present the events in which I was able to participate, as well as the different projects carried out, tools used, concepts studied along the internship path, in a business context. Finally, there will be a critical evaluation of the internship, in order to mention the strengths and weaknesses, and remove it from safeguard.
