Abstract(s)
O relatório de estágio foi realizado no âmbito do mestrado em ensino de educação física
no ensino básico e secundário. O estágio foi realizado no ano letivo 2020/2021 na
escola secundária Afonso de Albuquerque na cidade da Guarda.
O estágio pedagógico revelou-se de extrema importância, já que permitiu colocar em
prática todo o conhecimento adquirido permitindo vivenciar o ensino, e aperfeiçoar a
prática da docência na disciplina de educação Física. O relatório de estágio apresenta-se
dividido em dois capítulos, o primeiro capítulo aborda a contextualização da escola, a
caracterização do grupo de educação física na escola Afonso de Albuquerque, as tarefas
associadas à lecionação de aulas na disciplina de educação física como o planeamento,
condução de ensino, e a avaliação das várias modalidades que foram lecionadas ao
longo do ano letivo. Houve também oportunidade devido ao confinamento decretado
pelo governo português de intervir num contexto diferenciado de ensino à distância,
além da descrição da intervenção daquele que foi o foco principal do estágio, foram
também realizadas atividades e tarefas fora do contexto das aulas como a preparação de
atividades para o desporto esc0olar que infelizmente não chegou a acontecer devido à
covid-19, o acompanhamento da direção de turma, e também algumas atividades que
foram realizadas pelos estagiários para servir a comunidade escolar como a
implementação de percursos de orientação dentro do recinto escolar. No segundo
capítulo é apresentado um trabalho de investigação, que teve como principal objetivo
verificar o efeito de um período de confinamento na aptidão física dos alunos.
Participaram no estudo 19 alunos do 7º ano, com o intuito de verificar alterações na
aptidão física foi usada a bataria de testes FITescola, que foi aplicado antes e após o
período de confinamento, os resultados mostraram que as aulas de educação física á
distância permitiram manter algumas componentes da aptidão física, tais como a
capacidade cardiorrespiratória, a velocidade, agilidade, e melhorar significativamente a
força dos membros superiores, inferiores e abdominal. Concluiu-se, que mesmo em
contexto de ensino à distância as aulas de educação física conseguiram ter um impacto
positivo na aptidão física dos alunos, já que conseguiram manter e até melhorar
algumas das componentes da aptidão física.
The internship report was carried out within the scope of the master’ s degree in physical education in basic and secondary education. The internship was held in the school year 2020/2021 at the Afonso de Albuquerque high school in the city of Guarda. The pedagogical internship proved to be extremely important, as it allowed to put into practice all the knowledge acquired, allowing to experience teaching, and to improve the practice of teaching in the discipline of physical education. The internship report is divided into two chapters, the first chapter addresses the contextualization of the school, the characterization of the physical education group at the Afonso de Albuquerque school, the tasks associated with teaching classes in the physical education discipline such as planning, conducting teaching, and evaluating the various modalities that were taught throughout the school year, there was also na opportunity due to the confinement decreed by the Portuguese government to intervene in a different context of distance learning, in addition to the description of the internship that was the main focus of the internship, activities and tasks were also carried out outside the context of classes, such as the preparation of activities for school sports, wich unfortunately did not happen due to covid-19, the monitoring of the class direction, and also some activities that were carried out by the interns to serve the school community, such as the implementation of orientation routes within the school premises. In the second chapter, na investigation work is presented, which had as main objective to verify the effort of a period of lockdown on student’s physical fitness. 19 7th grade students participated in the study, in order to verify changes in physical fitness, the FITescola test battery was used, which was applied before and after the lockdown, the results showed that distance physical education classes allowed to maintain some components of physical fitness, such was cardiorespiratory capacity, speed, agility, and significantly improve upper, lower and abdominal strength. It was concluded, that even in the context of distance learning, physical education classes managed to have a positive impact n the physical fitness of students, as they managed to maintain and even improve some of the components of physical fitness.
