Abstract(s)
Neste trabalho aborda-se o procedimento para a implementação de um laboratório de calibração de ferramentas especiais, equipamentos e instrumentos de aeronaves dentro da empresa Aerotécnica Lda., através de um estudo de viabilidade. Pretende-se demonstrar os diferentes tópicos que se devem gerir para conseguir que um laboratório deste tipo possa ser implementado de forma sistemática cuidando de garantir o impacto económico que pode surgir devido a investimentos e despesas recorrentes.
É feita uma interpretação da Norma ISO (ISO/IEC 17025) que promove a implementação de um sistema de qualidade para laboratórios deste tipo, ressaltando os procedimentos de gestão e técnicos da mesma para estruturar o Manual da Qualidade. Faz-se uma investigação do procedimento de acreditação por parte do IPAC e os pontos susceptíveis para classificar o laboratório requerido conforme as exigências pré-estabelecidas pela empresa.
E por último, é preparada uma proposta de Plano de Negócios segundo as necessidades da empresa para conseguir, com os recursos existentes, que o investimento para implementação do laboratório possa ser recuperado dentro de um prazo de tempo razoável. Neste contexto, é feita uma análise dos resultados obtidos e são efectuadas recomendações à empresa Aerotécnica Lda.
This MSc dissertation addresses the procedure for the implementation of a calibration laboratory for special tools, equipment and aircraft instruments at the company Aerotécnica Ltd through a feasibility study. It is intended to demonstrate the different topics that should be managed to implement that kind of laboratories whilst the economic impact caused by the investment and recurrent costs are also identified. It is made an interpretation of ISO NORM (ISO / IEC 17025) that promotes the implementation of a quality system for calibration laboratories, emphasizing the management and technical procedures to make the Quality Manual. It is also included an assessment of the accreditation procedure by the IPAC which establishes the different types of classification of the lab with the different requirements established by the company. And finally, a tentative Business Plan is proposed according to the company´s view to accomplish the investment for the laboratory which will be paid off within a reasonable period of time. In this context, an analysis of the results and recommendations are made to company Aerotécnica Ltd.
