O presente relatório encontra-se dividido em três capítulos: os capítulos I e II incidem sobre
a experiência adquirida da realização do estágio em Farmácia Hospitalar e Farmácia
Comunitária, respetivamente; e o capítulo III, que descreve o trabalho de investigação
realizado.
O estágio em farmácia hospitalar foi realizado no Hospital Sousa Martins, entre setembro e
outubro do ano 2020. A realização deste estágio permitiu a obtenção de conhecimentos
sobre o funcionamento dos serviços farmacêuticos e papel do Farmacêutico em ambiente
hospitalar, possibilitando o contacto com todas as áreas inerentes à farmácia hospitalar.
O estágio realizado no âmbito de farmácia comunitária decorreu na Farmácia Vale D’Álvaro,
em Bragança, entre novembro de 2020 e fevereiro de 2021. Neste capítulo faz-se uma breve
descrição do que foi a integração numa equipa de excelência, de todas as atividades
inerentes ao farmacêutico para além do atendimento ao público, do contacto com o utente
e do aconselhamento farmacoterapêutico.
O último capítulo diz respeito à vertente de Investigação, realizada na freguesia de Sortelha
e do Casteleiro, pertencentes ao concelho do Sabugal, distrito da Guarda. Esta vertente teve
como objetivo o estudo da frequência de H. pylori nessa população, uma vez que continua
a ser, a nível mundial, um dos maiores problemas de saúde pública, tornando-se importante
a sua prevenção e controlo.
This report is divided into three chapters: chapters I and II focus on the experience gained from carrying out the internship in Hospital Pharmacy and Community Pharmacy, respectively; and chapter III, which describes the research work carried out. The hospital pharmacy internship was held at the Hospital Sousa Martins, between September and October of 2020. The completion of this internship allowed the acquisition of knowledge about the functioning of pharmaceutical services and the role of the Pharmacist in the hospital environment, allowing contact with all areas inherent to the hospital pharmacy. The internship carried out in the context of community pharmacy took place at Farmácia Vale D'Álvaro, in Bragança, between November 2020 and February 2021. This chapter provide a breve discretion of what it was like to be part of a team of excellent of all the activities inherent to the pharmacist beyond customer service, contact with the user and pharmacotherapeutic advice. The last chapter concerns the research, carried out in the parish of Sortelha and Casteleiro, belonging to the municipality of Sabugal, district of Guarda. This aimed to study the prevalence of H. pylori in this population, since it continues to be, worldwide, one of the biggest public health problems, making its prevention and control important.
