Abstract(s)
A presente Dissertação de Mestrado consiste na elaboração de um plano de negócios e tem como objetivo analisar a viabilidade da abertura de uma nova empresa localizada na cidade da Covilhã, onde serão prestados serviços escolares/desportivos. Estes serviços serão direcionados para crianças e jovens, ou seja, a empresa dedicar-se-á essencialmente à população com idades compreendidas entre os 8 e os 40 anos. Esta ideia de negócio surgiu do lema que ““Por norma, os melhores estudantes são os melhores desportistas e vice-versa”.
Para as crianças e jovens que ambicionam atingir a excelência, o Qi&Fit, possui um conjunto de serviços que proporcionam uma elegante união entre as vertentes académicas e desportiva. Ao contrário dos outros centros de explicações tradicionais, que apenas procuram melhorar a vertente académica, e ginásios que apenas procuram melhorar a vertente física, esta empresa pode potenciar as duas em simultâneo além de potenciar a confiança, a autoestima e a segurança dos indivíduos.
Com a crise vivida em Portugal, uma economia frágil, famílias com mais dificuldades financeiras, levará inevitavelmente a que cada vez mais famílias procurem este tipo de serviços. Com este quadro de insegurança e de dificuldade, o consumo deste tipo de solução, deverá continuar a aumentar significativamente nas próximas décadas, pois devido aos constrangimentos económicos para pagar uma instituição ou à falta de estímulo por parte das crianças e jovens para atingirem a excelência, o consumo deverá aumentar fundamentalmente nos serviços prestados a estes dois níveis, escolar e desportivo.
É desejável que Portugal reconheça a importância estratégica deste tipo de empresas, que permitem às crianças e jovens qualidade de vida, bem-estar e conforto sem ter gastos avultados. Para além de que, a abertura de novas empresas, gera investimento, cria emprego qualificado e riqueza para o país.
Com um investimento inicial de 7671€, divididos em 5000€ que provêm de Capital Social inicial e 2671€ que provêm de financiamento de sócios/suprimentos, a avaliação realizada mostra que, VAL=32.410, TIR=42.52%, o que prova que o negócio é implementável e viável. Mostra ainda que o investimento inicial realizado é recuperado ao fim do primeiro ano de atividade.
Face ao exposto, a questão que se coloca é a seguinte: Será que uma empresa de prestação de serviços associados a atividades escolares/desportivas é viável no concelho da Covilhã? Os resultados obtidos, mostram que, no concelho da Covilhã seria possível e rentável implementar um tipo de empresa de prestação de serviços como este, pois existem muitos serviços mas pouco diversificados, que oferecem principalmente medidas não económicas.
The present Dissertation of Master's degree consists in the elaboration of a business plan and has a objective of analyze the viability of the opening of a new enterprise located in the city of the Covilhã, where school / athletic services will be given. These services will be directed for children and young persons, in other words, the enterprise will devote itself essentially to the population with ages understood between the 8 and 40 years. For children and young people who aspire to achieve excellence, the Qi&Fit, has a set of services that provide a stylish union between the strands academic and sports. Unlike the other centers of traditional explanations, which only seek to improve academic, and gyms that only seek to improve the physical aspect, this company can enhance both simultaneously in addition to boost confidence, self-esteem and the safety of individuals. This business idea appeared of the motto that ““For standard, the best students are the best sportsmen and vice-versa”. With the crisis survived in Portugal, a fragile economy, families with more financial difficulties, will lead inevitably that more and more families look for this type of services. With this picture of insecurity and difficulty, the consumption of this type of solution, it will have to keep on increasing significantly in the next decades, since the economic constraints to pay an institution or to the lack of stimulus for part of the children and young persons to reach the excellence, the consumption will have to increase fundamentally in the services been suitable for these two levels, school and athletic. It is desirable that Portugal recognizes the strategic importance of this type of enterprises, which allow to the children and young person’s quality of life, well-being and comfort without having bulky expenses. Besides what, the opening of new enterprises, it produces investment, it creates qualified job and wealth for the nation. With an initial investment of 7671€, divided in 5000€ that come from initial Equity capital and 2671€ that come from partners / supplies financing, the fulfilled evaluation shows that, VAL=32.410, TIR=42.52% which proves that the business is deployable and viable. It shows still that the fulfilled initial investment is recovered to the end of the first year of activity. Face to an exposed one, the question that is put is the next one: It will be that one enterprise of services rendered associated to activities school / athletic is it viable in the district of the Covilhã? The obtained results, they show that, in the district of the Covilhã it would be possible and profitably to implement a type of enterprise of services rendered like this one, so many people exist services but little diversified, what they offer mainly measured not economical.
