Capítulo 1
Este documento encontra-se dividido em dois capítulos. No primeiro insere-se o relatório do
estágio pedagógico desenvolvido no Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão, em que se aborda a
experiência profissionalizante, durante o ano letivo 2016/2017, na turma 10º CT3 e no
segundo capítulo foi desenvolvido um projeto de investigação realizado durante o estágio
pedagógico.
No que concerne ao relatório de estágio pedagógico em âmbito escolar (Capítulo 1) este
decorreu, no período compreendido entre o dia 1 de setembro de 2016 e 22 de junho de
2017, no Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão, na cidade do Fundão. Este capítulo demonstra o
papel do professor, enquanto profissional e como responsável de uma turma em contexto
escolar, pondo em prática todos os conhecimentos adquiridos anteriormente, tanto na
licenciatura como no mestrado em ensino, bem como o papel deste no acompanhamento da
direção de turma, a sua intervenção nas avaliações da turma e a sua envolvência e
participação em atividades escolares. Capítulo 2
A presente investigação, trata-se de um estudo de natureza quantitativa, descritivocorrelacional
e explicativo, constituído por 26 estudantes do 10º ano de escolaridade do curso
de Ciências e Tecnologias da escola do Fundão. O protocolo seguiu a metodologia fitnessgram
escola em que seria avaliado o salto vertical na modalidade de voleibol. A avaliação inclui um
pré-teste (avaliação inicial) e um pós-teste, avaliação ao fim de sete semanas, em que alunos
com o número par, denominado grupo experimental, realizaram um treino de força dos
membros inferiores, através de exercícios de força inferior e trabalho de pliometria,
enquanto, que o grupo controlo, os alunos com o número impar realizaram exercícios de
aptidão física geral.
Na amostra estudada, constatou-se que o grupo experimental apresentou melhores resultados
na impulsão do salto vertical ( x =33,75), comparativamente ao grupo de controlo ( x =28,64),
sendo que o género e o peso dos alunos pode influenciar significativamente os seus
resultados.
Chapter 1 This document is divided into two chapters. The first one contains the report of the pedagogical internship developed in the school district “Escolas do Fundão”. It deals with the professional experience during the school year 2016/2017, in the class 10th CT3. The second chapter approaches a research project developed during the pedagogical internship. The pedagogical internship (chapter 1) took place from 12th September 2016 to 22nd June 2017 in the school district “Escolas do Fundão” in the city of Fundão. The report of the pedagogical internship shows the role of the teacher as a professional who is responsible for a school class. The teacher’s knowledge acquired both in the degree and in the master’s degree was applied in the performance of the school duties. The report also refers the teacher’s role as a supervisor of his class, as students’ assessor and as an active participant in school activities. Chapter 2 The internship research (chapter 2) is a quantitative, descriptive-correlational and explanatory study based on a 26-student-sample. These students attended the 10th year of the course of Science and Techonology in the school district of Fundão. The protocol followed the fitnessgram methodology in the evaluation of the vertical jump in volleyball. This evaluation included a pre-test (initial assessment) and a post-test after seven weeks training. The students were divided into two groups: the experimental group, constituted by the students who had an even number, and the control group constituted by the ones who had an odd number. The students in the experimental group performed a strength training of the lower limbs, through exercises of inferior force and plyometric work, while the students in the control group performed general physical fitness exercises. In the sample studied, it was possible to verify that the experimental group had better results in the thrust of the vertical jump ( x =33,75) than the control group ( x =28,64). It was also evident that the gender and the weight of the students can significantly influence their results.
