A deficiência é um tema que tem sido muito falado nos últimos anos. De um
desconhecimento completo, passámos, e ainda bem, para o reconhecimento das competências das pessoas com deficiência.
A intervenção que impera ainda é desconexa, os frutos são mínimos, mas há
vontade de mudança e são muitas as pessoas, na actualidade, que estudam
esta área.
A intervenção com pessoas com deficiência deve ser continuada, intervir desde o inicio da vida da criança para que os resultados sejam maiores, havendo uma
maior inserção na comunidade.
O motivo deste estudo é tentar encontrar uma solução sustentável para as pessoas com deficiência do concelho de Manteigas, em que o acompanhamento desde criança não foi feito e ao mesmo tempo aumentar e
dinamizar o número de respostas da instituição.
É dada atenção especial ao ateliê de doçaria, que se tornou um ponto
fortíssimo de desenvolvimento da instituição, através do investimento em
equipamento hoteleiro, introdução de programas de higiene e segurança,
renovação da imagem e preço dos produtos.
É um estudo de caso que pondera a forma de sustentabilidade, equidade,
eficiência e igualdade das respostas destinadas ao público com deficiência.
The intervention that prevails, with disabled, is still incoherent, the rewards are minimal, but there is a wish to change and many people at present, are studying this area. The intervention with people with disabilities should be continued, the earlier it is started in the life of the child, the greater the results in the attempt of integration into the community. Intervention with people with disabilities was the motive for this study, and an attempt has been made to find a sustainable solution for people with disabilities in Manteigas who were insufficiently monitored during childhood. At the same time, it is the intention to increase and boost the number of responses of the institution. The setting up of a confectionery workshop seems to be a very strong point of development which involves investing in hotel equipment, the introduction of health and safety programs, and innovation of marketing of product. It is a case study that considers the form of sustainability, equity, efficiency and equality of the measures for the benefit of the persons with disabilities.
Dans ces derniers temps, les gens porteurs de handicaps ont heureusement trouvé la reconnaissance de ses compétences. Une ignorance presque complète avant, vient aujourd’hui chercher et trouver sa place dans cette société, que ont veut parfaite. Les études sont encore insuffisantes, mas la volonté de changement existe. Les études sont faites en fonction de ces besoins et surtout, le plus important, sont bonheur. La raison des ces études est pour trouver une solution durable et une intervention correcte dans la région de Manteigas. Réaliser un atelier de pâtisserie et confiserie avec de produits régionaux est un point très fort dans le développement de l’institution. Un investissement dans les équipements, la rénovation de l’image, l’introduction de programmes de santé et sécurité, et aussi les prix de produits pour avoir profit. Il s’agit d’une étude qui pèse la forme de la durabilité, l’équité, l’efficacité et l’égalité des réponses au public avec un handicap.
