Abstract(s)
Based on the universality of philosophical knowledge and scientific objectivity, this research explores the object of movement from its physical nature to its political applications. Studying movement in order to understand the dynamics of sovereignties requires us to determine the laws, physical and psychological forces that are activated by the political power in order to stimulate political bodies in motion within the territory of the State, that is, to define the physical and political forces that are responsible for the manifestation of physical and psychological action within the State, as these are problems perfectly adjusted to Plato's metamorphosis or dialectic movement; Aristotle's kinetic and metabolic movements; Polybius' anacyclic movement; Hobbes' political body. The classical theories of movement within the dynamics of sovereignties derive from studies are a study that serves to determine and understand the forces that impel political bodies both towards dynamics (forces of development) and towards statics or stagnation (forces of statics: those forces that force a certain political body to stagnate in each extreme). The study of statics has revealed these statics as physical law that must be overcome using the forces of dynamics, so the stagnation of a sovereignty is based on statics as a political law that must be overcome by the forces of dynamics directing political power. Determining the direction of movement in relation to statics provides us with the basis for understanding how political forces act and the objectivity of the synchrony between physics and politics. It is on this basis that we define the concept of mechanics-politics: the expression through which we understand to study and explain the movement of political bodies within the sovereign state; it is the expression that allows us to know the applicability, usefulness, and contribution of the elements of mechanics to politics. Soon, we observe the existence of a scientific phenomenon that explains the imbrication of the physical sciences and Politics for the achievement of the objectives of citizens. The study understands sovereignty in its dimension of autonomous power that is exercised by the people within their territorial limits. The knowledge of movement in relation to sovereignty allows the creative of the best techniques for the orientation of political bodies in movement or for the way political bodies move in the political space: the territory of the State is an objective indicator for scholars and rulers to reach the knowledge and the correct definition of political elements to be activated for its positive dynamics opposed to stagnation.
