Esta dissertação tem como principal objetivo reabilitar uma das casas mais antigas da aldeia de Pinhanços, a casa do Eiteiro. Este edifício, que se encontrava em abandono há alguns anos, foi recentemente adquirido por uma família, sendo que os novos donos pretendem investir na área do turismo rural, adquirindo assim também mais quintas em redor do edifício.
Atualmente o sector do turismo em Portugal tem vindo a crescer, bem como o investimento que tem sido feito nesta área, também a nível de reabilitações em zonas históricas, tendo Portugal colecionado alguns prémios a nível de hotéis e pousadas cada vez mais confortáveis, de forma a proporcionar maior descanso e lazer a quem o procura.
O turismo rural surge como uma necessidade de contrariar a tendência das pessoas se fixarem em zonas urbanas, bem como uma tentativa de valorizar e estimular o desenvolvimento do interior. Surge assim a pousada para o turismo rural, potencializando o que de melhor o país tem no seu interior, a sua beleza natural, fruto da natureza e montanhas, proporcionando conforto e descanso junto do mesmo ambiente. Existe agora a procura por aldeias com história e património, onde as culturas tradicionais são mantidas, podendo surgir como elemento diferenciador, oferecendo contato com a natureza de paisagens únicas e a própria cultura da aldeia.
O investimento no interior deve ser uma prioridade no nosso país, de forma a preservarmos assim o património arquitetónico natural e potenciar para um turismo rural, consequentemente aumentando a oferta de empregos e proporcionando desenvolvimento económico, oferecendo assim melhor qualidade de vida às suas populações.Neste sentido o objetivo principal passa por uma proposta de reabilitação de um edifício de habitação rural centenária, em pousada de turismo rural na aldeia, sendo necessário trazer para a proposta todas as atividades para melhor funcionamento para o turismo rural, bem como uma construção virada para a paisagem, de forma a inserir-se na natureza e na envolvente.
This dissertation aims to rehabilitate one of the oldest houses in the village of Pinhanços, the house of the Eiteiro. This building, which had been abandoned for some years, was recently acquired by a family, and the new owners intend to invest in rural tourism, thus also acquiring more farms around the building. Currently the tourism sector in Portugal has been growing, as well as the investment that has been made in this area, also in terms of rehabilitations in historical areas, having collected some awards at the level of increasingly comfortable hotels and inns, so as to provide greater rest and leisure to those who seek it. Rural tourism emerges as a need to counteract the tendency of people to settle in urban areas, as well as an attempt to enhance and stimulate the development of the interior. This arises the inn for rural tourism, enhancing the best of the country has in its interior, its natural beauty, fruit of nature and mountains, providing comfort and rest near the same environment. There is now a demand for villages with history and heritage, where traditional cultures are maintained and may emerge as a differentiator, offering contact with the nature of unique landscapes and the village's own culture. Inland investment must be a priority in our country, so as to preserve the natural architectural heritage and boost rural tourism, thereby increasing the supply of jobs and providing economic development, thus providing a better quality of life for their populations. In this sense, the main objective is a proposal for the rehabilitation of a centenary rural dwelling building, in a rural tourism inn in the village, and it is necessary to bring to the proposal all activities for a better functioning for rural tourism, as well as a construction facing landscape in order to fit in with nature and the surroundings.
