Sendo o estágio uma cadeira obrigatória para a obtenção do grau de Mestrado do curso de
Ensino da Educação Física a básico e secundário, na Universidade da Beira Interior e
estando integrado no 2º ano do curso de Ensino da Educação Física a básico e secundário.
Como tal, é necessário a criação e elaboração de um relatório de estágio (presente
documento) e um dossiê de estágio. O presente documento pretende detalhar todo o tipo de
atividades e todo o tipo de contacto tido ao longo do ano letivo de 2020/2021. O estágio
realizou-se na cidade da Guarda, na Escola Secundária Afonso de Albuquerque, com
incidência na turma do curso de ciência e tecnologias, o 10ºB. Iniciou no dia 17 de setembro
de 2020 e terminou a 24 de junho de 2021, sendo no total de 80 dias de presença na escola.
O motivo que me levou à escolha desta escola para a realização do estágio em primeiro lugar
deveu-se ao facto de ser uma escola na cidade da Guarda, local onde vivo, e também por ser
uma escola de renome, não só na cidade da Guarda, mas também do distrito, a juntar ao
facto de ter estudado noutras duas escolas da cidade (Escola Básica da Santa Clara e Escola
Secundária da Sé), permitindo-me conhecer novas realidades e novas formas de trabalhar,
além de me retirar da minha zona de conforto. Além da intervenção na escola, que irá ser
retratado ao pormenor no relatório de estágio, foi ainda iniciado e concluído um estudo
acerca dos efeitos de um treino de condição física de 8 semanas em contexto pandémico,
onde se avaliou a aptidão física dos alunos antes do confinamento decretado pelo governo
português (a 20 de junho de 2021), se continuou a aplicar o plano de treino mesmo em
ensino à distância e posteriormente foi realizada uma avaliação após o confinamento, no
início do 3º período, de forma a entender qual o impacto do treino de condição física nos
alunos.
The internship is a mandatory subject for obtaining the master’s degree in the Physical Education Teaching course at primary and secondary level, at the University of Beira Interior and being integrated in the 2nd year of the Physical Education Teaching course at primary and secondary level. As such, it is necessary to create and prepare an internship report (this document) and an internship dossier. This document intends to detail all types of activities and all types of contact made during the academic year 2020/2021. The internship took place in the city of Guarda, at the Escola Secundária Afonso de Albuquerque, focusing on the science and technology class, the 10th B. It started on September 17, 2020, and ended on June 24, 2021, with a total of 80 days of attendance at the school. The reason I chose this school for the internship in the first place was due to the fact that it is a school in the city of Guarda, where I live, and also because it is a renowned school, not only in the city of Guarda. but also, from the district, in addition to the fact that I studied at other two schools in the city (Basic School of Santa Clara and Secondary School of Sé), allowing me to know new realities and new ways of working, as well as withdrawing from my area of comfort. In addition to the intervention at the school, which will be portrayed in detail in the internship report, a study was also started and concluded on the effects of an 8-week fitness training in a pandemic context, where the physical fitness of students was assessed before the confinement decreed by the Portuguese government (June 20, 2021), the training plan continued to be applied even in distance learning and an evaluation was subsequently carried out after the confinement, at the beginning of the 3rd period, in order to understand the impact of the physical condition training in the students.
