Abstract(s)
O presente relatório surge da concretização do estágio pedagógico do Mestrado de
Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, realizado na Escola
Secundária de Amato Lusitano. O estágio decorreu durante o ano letivo de 2022-2023.
Num primeiro capítulo, será apresentada a intervenção pedagógica, em que serão
descritas experiências vivenciadas no âmbito da intervenção como professor estagiário.
Considerar-se-á a intervenção na Organização e Gestão do Ensino e da Aprendizagem
relativa a uma turma de 12º ano, turma esta de ensino profissional, e a intervenção em
2º e 3º ciclo, sendo que se contextualiza toda a ação levada a efeito. De seguida é descrita
a participação do estagiário na escola e a sua relação com a comunidade, esta relativa ao
Desporto Escolar, a Intervenção na Escola a Direção de Turma e a Integração no Meio.
Por último será apresentada uma reflexão final acerca do Desenvolvimento Profissional.
No segundo capítulo surgirá a investigação e inovação pedagógica, apresentando o tema
de estudo cujo objetivo foi perceber a influência de 8 semanas de treino funcional em
variáveis de aptidão física de adolescentes portugueses. Para tal, foram analisados 40
alunos, distribuídos aleatoriamente em dois grupos: o grupo experimental que realizou
o programa de treino (n=20), 14.85 ±0.37 anos de idade, e o grupo controlo que apenas
realizou as aulas de educação física, sem programa de treino, (n=20), 14.70 ±0.47 anos
de idade. Após 8 semanas, não foram verificadas diferenças significativas no grupo de
controlo nas variáveis de aptidão aeróbia, índice de massa corporal, flexibilidade dos
membros inferiores, força de membros superiores, impulsão horizontal, impulsão
vertical, perímetro abdominal, abdominais, percentagem de massa gorda, peso e altura.
No grupo experimental houve alterações significativas entre pr-e ps-treino nas variáveis
de aptidão cardiorrespiratória e na força de resistência abdominal e de flexibilidade.
Segundo os resultados obtidos, parece ser possível identificar a eficácia de um programa
de treino funcional de 8 semanas em diferentes componentes da aptidão física de jovens
portugueses.
This report results from the pedagogic internship integrated in the Master’s degree in Teaching of Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education, performed in the Amato Lusitano Secondary School, during the 2022-2023 school year. In the first chapter, the pedagogical intervention is presented, where events experienced in the context of the action as intern teacher, is described. Will be considered the intervention in the Organization and Management of Teaching and Learning is considered, regarding a 12th year class, which is a professional education class, and the intervention in the 2nd and 3rd cycles, with all the undertaken actions being contextualized. Then, my Engagement of the intern in school and his connection with the community, regarding School Sport, the Intervention in the School, Class Management, and the Integration in the Environment. Lastly, will be presented a concluding reflexion on Professional Development. The second chapter consists of an investigation and pedagogical innovation, where an analysis topic was defined with the aim of understanding the impact of 8 weeks of functional training in physical fitness variables in Portuguese teenagers. For this, 40 students were evaluated, and divided in two groups, an experimental group, which performed the training programme (n=20), 14.85 ±0.37 years old, and a control group, which performed the physical education classes, with no training programme (n=20), 14.70 ±0.47 years old. After 8 weeks, no significant differences were observed in the control group in aerobic fitness, body mass index, lower limb flexibility, upper limb strength, horizontal thrust, vertical thrust, abdominal perimeter, abdominals, percentage of fat mass, weight and height. In the experimental group there were significant changes between the pr-test and ps-test both in the cardiorespiratory fitness variables and the abdominal resistance strength. According to the results, they identify the effectiveness of an 8 week functional training programme in different components of physical fitness in portuguese young people.
