O presente relatório de estágio encontra-se subdivido em dois capítulos. O primeiro capítulo trata a componente de Investigação, desenvolvida na Universidade da Beira Interior, que começou a ser idealizado em Setembro e teve o seu início em Dezembro de 2018 aquando a apresentação à Comissão de ética da Universidade da Beira Interior. A recolha dos dados foi realizada até Junho de 2019. Foi realizada uma caracterização da incidência e frequência da prática de automedicação, quais os sintomas que despoletaram a sua realização, vantagens e desvantagens, razões, consequências e a caracterização do seu uso.
O segundo capítulo diz respeito ao estágio realizado em Farmácia Comunitária, realizado na Farmácia do Sameiro, entre o período de 21 de Janeiro a 31 de Maio de 2019, sob Orientação da Dr. Luís Cantante Silva. Nesta parte, é apresentado genericamente o funcionamento da farmácia, as áreas disponíveis e de intervenção, a legislação que regula o setor da Farmácia Comunitária, bem como as tarefas e atividades realizadas durante o estágio. De forma a tornar este capítulo mais personalizado, pessoal e diferenciado, são descritas ainda algumas experiências e casos clínicos decorridos nestas semanas.
This internship report is subdivided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with the Research component, developed at the University of Beira Interior, which began to be conceived in September and had the first presentation of the project to the Ethics Committee of the University on December 3rd, 2018. A characterization of the incidence and frequency of self-medication, the triggering symptoms, advantages and disadvantages, reasons, consequences and the characterization of its use were performed. The second chapter concerns the stage in Community Pharmacy, held at Sameiro Pharmacy, between the period from January 21 to May 31, 2019, under the supervision of Dr. Luís Cantante Silva. In this parte, the pharmacy, the available and intervention áreas, the legislation that regulates the Community Pharmacy sector, as well as the tasks and activities carried out during the internship are presented generally. In order to make this chapter more personalized, personal and differentiated, we also describe some experiences and clinical cases elapsed in these weeks.
