Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio pretende ser um resumo daquilo que foi a experiência
adquirida ao longo do estágio pedagógico na Escola Secundária Campos Melo, situada
na cidade da Covilhã no ano letivo 2019/2020. A intervenção foi direcionada à lecionação
de aulas a uma turma de 7º ano e de um módulo de dança a uma turma de 12º ano do
ensino profissional, acompanhamento de aulas lecionadas pelo professor tutor e
acompanhamento/intervenção em grupos do desporto escolar. Houve ainda lugar para
a participação em outras atividades da comunidade escolar. O relatório é composto por
duas partes, a primeira, referente ao estágio pedagógico, onde serão descritas as
atividades que foram desenvolvidas no âmbito do estágio e as dificuldades e
aprendizagens vividas ao longo do processo. Numa segunda parte será abordada a
investigação e inovação pedagógica, onde o objetivo do estudo centra-se em perceber o
efeito de um programa de treino em circuito numa turma de 7º ano utilizando como
referência os testes de aptidão física. O programa de treino em circuito foi aplicado
durante 10 semanas, no início da aula de 90 minutos, que ocorria uma vez por semana e
este era constituído por 6 exercícios, onde os alunos executavam os exercícios durante
60 segundos e descansavam durante 30 segundos entre os mesmos. A avaliação inicial
foi feita no fim do 1º período, sendo que a intervenção teve início no começo do 2º
período e terminou com a avaliação final no fim do mesmo período letivo. Relativamente
aos resultados foi possível constatar que houve uma tendência de evolução positiva nos
valores dos testes realizados e que quem praticava desporto obteve, em média, melhores
resultados nos testes, contudo não existindo diferenças estatisticamente significativas
para ambos os casos.
This internship report is intended to be a summary of the internship at Campos Melo Secondary School, located in the city of Covilhã. My intervention was directed to the 7th year class and a dance module for a class of 12th year of professional education, monitoring classes taught by the designated teacher and monitoring/interventing in school sports training. My intervention was not only in the academic component, but other school activities took part place of the internship as well. This internship report will consist in two parts, the first will refer to the pedagogical internship, where internship developed activities, difficulties and learnings over this internship process are described. In the second part, we will dive into an investigation and pedagogical innovation, where the objective of the study is to detect the effect of a circuit training program in a 7th grade class, using the physical evaluation tests as a reference. The circuit training program was applied during 10 weeks, at the beginning of the 90-minute class, which took place once a week and consisted of 6 exercises, where students performed the exercises for 60 seconds and rested for 30 seconds between them. Even tho there were other evaluation times, the intervention started with the initial evaluation at the end of the 1st period, given the intervention started at the beginning of the 2nd period and ended with the final evaluation at the end of the same academic period. Regarding the results, was possible to verify that there was a positive evolution in the values of the tests performed and those who practiced sports had on average, the best values in the tests, however there was no statistical differences for both cases.
