Este relatório procura reflectir o estágio realizado na empresa Metacriações, dando-se maior relevância ao projecto de desenvolvimento de uma aplicação para smartphone, e à investigação necessária para conseguir atingir o seu fruto – Saúde Bebé – uma app para Smartphone destinada ao registo e monitorização da saúde infantil. O presente documento descreve como foi encaminhada a investigação até chegar ao projecto final (começando pela identificação de uma necessidade advinda da área de intervenção privilegiada da Metacriações – a saúde), justifica a opção por desenvolver uma app para smartphone, identifica através de um estudo de mercado algumas apps que respondem às mesmas necessidades (incluindo o tipo de informação que disponibilizam e funcionalidades que permitem a intervenção do utilizador), passa também pela observação dos layouts, dos ícones e ainda a análise dos menus e características das mesmas. Finalmente descreve-se o design da própria aplicação.
This report reflects the internship performed in the company Metacriações, giving more relevance to the development project of a smartphone application and the research required to achieve the final result – Saúde Bebé - a Smartphone app intended for the registration and monitoring of child health. It describes how the investigation was forwarded to reach the final project (starting with the identification of a need coming from the privileged area of intervention of Metacriações - health), justifies the option for developing a smartphone app to address this need, identifies through a market research already existing apps, including the type of information they provide and features that enable user intervention, layouts, icons and also the analysis of the menus and features. Finally, it describes the design of the application itself.
