Abstract(s)
O conceito do desenho urbano seria tornar o espaço público acessível a toda a
This work focuses primarily with issues of accessibility, and especially how the architecture should address the rights and physical needs of man in relation to accessibility. Believing that architecture, can allow mobility and accessibility for everyone. Through the research literature on urban design, architecture of a larger scale, to the architecture "minor", and the search for possible architectural solutions for the modification of existing barriers on site intervention. The concept of urban design would be to make public space accessible to everyone, for everyone, for it was an elaborate city plan, which includes an accessibility plan and carry out programs for the hotel, and hockey rink surrounding area, linking all areas of coexistence in a single location, to interact with the existing building. Following the line, as a concept; a generator of architectural space, the space would be a translation of a line of work essentially simple and clear as regards the buildings as well as the treatment of the environment.
